★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this location are very kind and helpful. They solved my phone problem in 5 minutes. No other store in the mall was willing to help me with my phone issue. Will be definitely coming back to this store next time when i visut tge Oc mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to couple of stores to get my phone fix and so far these guys had fair prices and explained me difference between screen quality and performance and helped me to choose right option, phone looks brand new and I got case and screen protector as well so I dont break again, thank you again and will always come here if I need something

These guys are amazing and transferred my data for free of cost and hook me up with privacy screen protector and case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why these guys get a 5 star review. I've twice had them replace a battery in my phone within a 1.5 year time frame, at a cost of $80 bucks a pop. Very expensive !
My most recent visit, was to see if they could "un-jam" my micro SD card from my camera. They dismissed me, and told me to send it to the manufacturer.
So I walked down the mall to their competitor "Mobile Klinik". The Tech popped the cover off my camera, dis-lodged the SD card and gave it back to me all within 2 minutes and at no charge. I was actually willing to pay what-ever as I really needed the SD card.
In future - I know where to go for good tech service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone was having speaker issue and I went to other mobile repair booth in mall and while I was waiting, he broke it and now wants me to wait 2 days to get a part and replace it and asking for full price to get phone fix while he broke it, I went to Future tech and the guy was so professional and explained/showed me everything what was unprofessionally repair and broke it, he now fixed it within 20 Mins and for way less price what the other small booth was telling me after on his fault. Definable coming to these guy’s for anything in future. Thumbs up ??
