Their staffs are very friendly and approachable, Alex did a good job on getting me the best deal for my new phone. I am so impressed w these employees I see that they love their job because they treat their customers like friends. I will surely come back again. BIG THUMBS UP ? Again Alex .. You are the Best ✌?
C	Common Sense on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday November 20 went to this store to pick up my online order. There were 6 employees give or take. Approached the first employee (older man) and he told me to line up. I lined up and employees kept bringing people from the floor directly to the front of the line and rang their order. Finally got someone to help me after he was about to walk pass me without asking me whether I need help or not. Really confusing. What’s the point of line up when staffs can just bring customers to the front of line up. Everyone seems too busy to make their sales and not eager to help online order pick up. Terrible experience!

Professionalism is one thing but his kindness and generosity made me feel like I was more than just a customer. He sat down for over 2-hours with me to explore all options of phones + plans. Shakir was incredibly knowledgeable but more importantly. he truly catered to my needs in the most considerate and kind manner. The impression he left on me actually made me a repeat customer to the point where I ended up purchasing home internet + home security from him at a later point in time as well. Also referred him to my family + friends - all of whom have had the same pleasant experience. I will definitely be visiting this shop as long as Shakir continues to work there. Consider me a repeat customer!

Who from my short time speaking to him appears he will go out of his way to make accommodations that are fair and just. Thanks Ray! I may have been in there to buy a gift but I got a little something for myself in return as well ???
T	T Baggins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a mouse twice this year and they both stopped working in the same year. I would avoid buying their vital brand products. You'll waste your time going there and it'll stop working so you can't use your computer which is a pain and didn't even work too well when it did. Spend some money and buy a better one, preferably somewhere else. Bad customer service too I went in for help and they spent all their time trying to sell a cell phone plan to the person I was with.

I met the awesome sales team and Christian expertly installed my screen protector. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous.
