★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some people that are ok. But if you go to Thickson and hwy 2 location I don't recommend their customer service or service in general. Went to get a phone repaired. I waited over a month for it. Then they have the odasaty to ask you for a deposit on a loner phone. Service and attatude needs an adjustment!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm absolutely blown away by the customer service here!
After being screwed over by Virgin Mobile, I came here to look for a better deal and they not only waived the 100$ charge on the phone itself and gave me a free case, but walked with me to the Virgin booth to cuss out the employees there when they wouldn't release me from my contract that had expired.
My only problem is the constant calls from Fido itself about deals and promotions, but that's hardly the location's fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to connect my son's first phone up with my account. The experience was great. Jennifer was very friendly and thorough. Everything went smoothly and all my questions were answered. If you have a Fido phone and have any questions, I would highly recommend going to this store and speaking with Jennifer. She is the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can we give 0 stars? Just upgraded our service last month and as a thank you we were gifted a new tablet! sounds great right? nope. Got our bill today. That tablet cost us $78 last month and will cost $15/month ongoing. No thanks Fido. You know what you can do with your tablet right?

Vanessa with her knowledge, efficiency and kindness was able to more than compensate for the initial headache. Thank you, 5☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fido at the Oshawa Centre in Ontario discriminates against the poor if you can’t afford to drive. I’ve been with Fido and have three accounts for my family and I, all under my name & they will still turn you away because of your lack of ability to drive/have a license. I showed them photo ID with my health card three credit cards as well as every single device that I own under them and I have never missed a single payment. This was never an issue the last two times I’ve upgraded - I’ve been into Fido to upgrade my device multiple times until today October 2021- they’ve told me in the past that this is not something they should do but that I’m a good customer and therefore made an exception. Not today despite me being a working, tax paying citizen. Not impressed.
