★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't there for months ago I was on the phone with somebody from Rogers but I do deal with them for my internet service I like what I have. I wish the TV service was what I wanted I had to cancel because it was too much for what they were giving me. They don't give enough and as far as what you want in a package. I don't like these package deals Capri arranged by the company that's where I draw the line as far as service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service at the location is terrible. They pick and choose who they want to serve! Everyone walking in is required to sign in to get in the cue for service. One of the information required for sign in is the reason you are there - bill payment, problem with account, inquiry on new service... Once you are on the list, instead of calling the name of the first client on the list, they pick the potential customer based on reason provided to call first. When we were there, we were #2 on the list of 4 and they called #3 and 4 before calling the first 2! I will not deal with this location again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like every other Rogers in Oshawa post Covid they don't really want you to come in and do anything linked to your account (they are nicer on the phone anyways).
The bonus of this one is they told me that if I didn't like how they did things at their location that Bell is just across the way.
It is a good thing I have a great deal with them because if I was new and experienced the total neglect of customer satisfaction, I would have never been back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store to get a phone today. Immediately met at the door by a staff member acting like a guard asking what I was doing there. Do they think I'm there to buy a couch? They tell you exactly where you can stand, they only let 3 customers in at one time yet there are 4 staff members in the store. The customer service is despicable, they are very militant and not friendly at all. They treat you like you're diseased with a plague. Won't ever go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday afternoon staff extremely rude and did not want to help, they were keeping themselves busy not to help me. I wanted to get ignite and move my cell from Bell. However this experience changed my mind. I suggest Rogers review and inspect employee’s attitude towards customers. Don’t bother with this shop and save the anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have read the review before going to this shop but anyways the Asst manager Sheldon was very unprofessional and unethical and just denied what he had GIVEN in the package, when I had bought the phone from this shop, on the top when I asked I want to speak to the manager he denied and said NO, I can't SPEAK TO HER BECAUSE HE IS NOT HAPPY the way I spoke to him. wow! sales person started filtering who can talk to whom. He obliviously needs more gratitude for not being like him. I wish their was negative ranking then I would have done that. This is what I experience as new immigrant here, just no justice. This man went back on his own words and denied the money back. More over when i demanded on phone to talk to manager he said he will not connect me to her as if the manager only listens to him.
