What they didn't tell me was that I wouldn't be able to make overseas calls for a year on my new account despite having had a credit check done. The most terrible telephone customer service I've ever had, being bounced around between various CSAs, each telling me completely different stories. I forgot how much I hated Bell and moved to Telus after 2 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had to visit this store 3 times in 4 days in order to take advantage of a loyalty offer and port a phone number over. The store manager Saima was amazing. She seemed to truly care about my experience and took the time to explain the offers and repercussions if I chose to upgrade my phone at a later date. I was unable to resolve everything in one day so Saima offered me her schedule so she could continue to support me. It was like having a personal account manager and trust me it was needed. The other staff on duty, Basil, was also super understanding and knowledgeable. Both agents were friendly while still being professional. If I had my own business I would hire them!

Specially Eric was fantastic he did the best what he could do for us. Saima is also the best manager to help out us for our new device. Will refer to our friends or family definitely to this store for anything with the bell
