Friendly staff, but sadly our LG phones are extinct. We'll have to do a lot of research in order to choose our next phone.

Today I received amazing from the woman managing the store. I brought in my new phone with old phone to transfer the information over. She completed all the work herself. I could not thank her enough! Great job! May 13th 2021 around 10:30am. This is why I am with Rogers thanks again.

I hate rogers, but the store manager Lori was awsome, very helpful, calm, and knowledgeable on the phone upgrade, she stepped in multiple times to assist and correct the service adviser to make it easier. Rogers is very lucky to have her. Show her respect she will double it.

If you want to be treated as a delinquent, you should go to this store. The worst experience I had in this Carrier stores. I just wanted to return an Home/Phone Arris equipment. I tried twice. First I did not meet their criteria to access to the store, Second time they allowed me access but limited my mobility to one corner of the store. Literally, I been told that I should not move from that corner!!!. Additionally to the drop off, I was trying to investigate a plan for wireless, totally regretted. In resume, in this store you are not a Customer, you are a suspect delinquent and they need to make sure you are not going to steal anything. Manager just seated there doing nothing but ignoring Customers. I am not sure when these companies lost the Customer Experience definition.
