The level of personal service and expert advice that only comes from decades of experience really blew me away - we are just not used to this kind of thing anymore, dealing with big chains in the big malls staffed by kids who could care less if they're selling shoes or flipping burgers or serving coffee. Meeting a proprietor who actually knows his business and has devoted decades of his life to building and sustaining a business based on relationships and personal service with his clients, is refreshing. I am so glad I chose Euro Comfort for my latest purchase - oh, and the price was actually as good or better than the big chains! If you want to support real, hard working people running their own businesses in your community - and be pleasantly surprised by the difference that makes to you, the customer, be sure to visit!

They actually take the effort to help my parents get fitted and comfortable, unlike a lot of the other shoe stores out there. A+++

I'd rather keep my review succinct so I won't elaborate. Suffice it to say that he refuses to give full refunds, citing an exchange-only policy. Yet this is not clearly documented on his receipt. The shoes are nice yes, but they are overpriced. The pleasant customer service is only when you're spending money in the store. Try negotiating exchanges, refunds or sale prices and you'll experience a rude, abrupt, disrespectful demeanor instead. I'm never going back to this store again!

They know and understand what you want and what you need. Some brands I know they carry are; New Balance, Bluntstone, Berkinstock, and even Rieker. Job well done! Keep up the great customer service it’s second to none!
