★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst doctors office, they will charge you for doctors assessment $60 x2 and still not fill the form in with the nessessary info and call you back in so they can charge you for another appointment- I will be transferring my file to another doctor
I wish I could provide this doctor a negative 5 star. She’s has absolutely no consideration for her patiences and is very money hungry! If I could urge anyone who is looking to this office for a consult please take your business elsewhere. I just hope no one has to go through the worst experience of their life dealing with this doctors office!

Appointments are always on time, they try to accommodate our schedule, Dr. Qadeer listens to what we have to say, and has helped us a lot. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking as an emergency nurse with close to 20 years experience, I have come across and worked with many physicians and residence. I chose Dr Qadeer as my family, because I found her to be extremely knowledgable and did not posses the worrying qualities that other physicians have in continually consulting Dr Google for a diagnosis. Referrals made by her office was very timely, her staff was friendly and clinicians never felt threatened by my medical knowledge or questions that I would ask. In other words I have always felt that my concerns were taken seriously and I was always listed too. I gave her a 4/5 because I do think she needs a bigger office, but on the other hand, I am always extremely satisfied with the wait times, so I'm not usually in there long enough anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in Canada since 2012 and have had a chance to associate with many doctors. Hands down Dr. Shehla Qadeer is the best doctor I have had. She has a gift to listen and advise her patients in the most composed and calm manner. Her treatments are spot on. I am extremely lucky to have her as our doctor.
The clinic itself is always clean unlike any other clinics I have seen. The equipment used are modern which speaks highly on work practices being used. Location wise it is very accessible and parking is of no issue. Timings are great for people working late as well.
Overall excellent customer experience - highly recommended to all old residents as well as all new comers to Whitby.
