Today I am so wondered to hear from the clinic saying that Doctor will not see any kids who has fever and said try to find out another clinic .I am so thankful for the university provided him/her doctorate .Being a health worker I have never seen any other doctors who refused to see the patients who has fever especially kids . Later I came to Doctors Office , I got good service for my kid and thanks to them.

First of all, I tried calling them various times over the past few years to get my child in for primary care (pre pandemic and during pandemic). Not once did I receive a phone call back to let me know anything one way or another. I just tried to take my child in for urgent care after two negative covid tests, and they said they aren't seeing anyone with a fever, a cough, or a runny nose. This rule seems unique to them as I just went to another walk in with no issue. No where on the website does it say that they are limiting their services. I understand they are busy, but that excuse can only fly for about two weeks until you get more staff to support the patient volume, and they've been using this excuse for months. It's not the front desk fault as they appear to not be trained properly or are directed to provide mediocre at best service (like not returning voicemails). To anyone reading this, you'll save your time by going elsewhere, unfortunately.

For a pregnant person that don’t have a ride, they have 0 sympathy and 0 humain being. Worst nurses, worst doctors and worst system. Don’t waste your time.
A	Anoop Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for urgent walkin for my kid. I can understand if the appointments filled. But they mentioned they cannot look person with fever and cough. My kid was vaccinated and covid tested, then what is the problem to see them. I have other places if its broken arm or cancer. Pediatric care primary need to see fever and cough related, that too my kid having for 4 days. Response for the reply posted by clinic: For last 2 years, we (at least I) stayed inside and not caused or used a clinic or doctor requirement. I respect the health care effort during covid times. Now the government policy is that even we dont need to use mask at many places and all places are open. So as per walkin clinic policy, where should we need to go if kids are unwell. My family and kid are all fully vaccinated and kindly advise what should we do when kid having fever and fever related issues? The rationale behind my review is RIGHT as per the reply i received from your reception.

Always felt like they put their patients 1st and would get us in no matter how busy they were if we needed it. Now everytime I call no one answers the phone, left messages no one calls back. I did manage to get a phone appointment when she was really sick last year that went no where (sorry you cannot do phone appointments with babies and toddlers) now this past week i needed my daughter seen by a doctor as she had covid at the beginning of March and her cough never went away. It got so bad again to the point she was wheezing and awake all night coughing and was told that she couldn't be seen by a doctor and it would be a phone appointment again. You cannot listen to a toddlers breathing over the phone. Since when do doctor's not have to do their jobs and still get paid? It is absolutely ridiculous that they won't see their patients still and we will be finding a new doctor.
N	N. E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mandel is amazing! She really takes time to listen to you, examine your child thoroughly and explain things to a parent. Yes, it may affect the waiting time but I think it’s 100% worth it. Great doctor and huge thanks to her and her team.
S	Swapna Nair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Dr Mandel. She genuinely cares about her lil patients. Every visit I feel so reassured. Lucky to have got her as a doctor for my two sons! She is so thorough and detailed. The rest of the staff are very helpful as well.

She is direct and straight to the point, but also took the time to thoroughly examine my daughter and answered any questions that I had without making me feel rushed. It is clear that she is a true expert and I have peace of mind knowing that my daughter is in her care. We are so lucky to have the paediatric urgent care clinic available to us instead of a busy emergency room in the event that it is needed.
