I made a recent purchase and was uncertain of my sizing, and not overly confident about an international transaction. After contacting the store, I received a quick return call and the staff took their time to text me photos of the item to help me determine fit. Additionally, they were sure to include a discount code for my first purchase and promised to mail out the item “right away.” Not only am I ecstatic with the purchase, and extremely pleased with my purchase, the customer service was outstanding. I reached back out prior to my item arriving asking for clearer pictures and they had no problem obliging. To top it off, the item arrived WELL in advance of the shipping date they gave which was originally one week or so. I am very pleased and will be doing business with this shop again. Kudos to the staff for running such an excellent business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a gift card to the store for my birthday , i went down and tried on some shirts and ties and a jacket , decided on the jacket , agreed with the clerk it could use some modifications was told 24 hour turn around , i called the next day to see whats going on, they claim they never heard of me , i get a call an hour later saying that my dads bank called them and told them the purchase of the gift card was fraudulent , i said thats ridiculous and texted him while on the phone and asked him to contact bmo at which point the clerk started back pedaling and said something about it was there ecommerce system and this happens automatically on all large purchases and it would be better and easier if i could come for another fitting and pay again, i decided to contact shopify to see if there was anything to it and they said they cant exactly disclose those details but if its been this long since he purchased it , the merchant more then likely decided on there own to cancel the purchase , i dont know what they consider a large purchase at that store but jacket was only about half of the value of the gift card i had . anyway to sum this up there ecommerce is a joke they implied me or my father attempted to steal from them and they handled the situation unprofessionally and wasted hours of my time. 0/10 would not attend again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I were there on the weekend to purchase a grad suit. OMG what a positive experience! My 17 year old said wow that was awesome service to buy a suit which he dreaded shopping for. He purchased a beautiful suit, practical and will wear more than once. They have it all from shirts to socks, suspenders and bow ties and shoes. The service was very personal and low pressure and we were very happy when we left. Can’t say enough good things!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Min helped me pick out my wedding suit. Min was very diligent to communicate with- he even set up an appointment with me outside business hours to try suits on. His input and advice was very valuable. I also brought in fabric from my bride's indian dress, which Derks made into a beautiful bowtie to match. Would definitely recommend Mr. Derk for those looking for menswear for weddings or special occasions!
