★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location and INCREDIBLE staff service, thanks Eve for making the visit special. The selection and fitting rooms were first-rate too, and it's great to have a (cozier) location like this in a walkable place like Whyte Ave, rather than a big mall. As a first-time male shopper to Lululemon, I think I've become addicted like everybody else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are always willing to help out but also gives you space if you just want to browse. They also give honest but not judgemental advice. The only bad thing is that it’s such a great experience and great quality clothing I end up buying too much ?♀️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The email I had for a pick up stated store open to 8pm Monday-Friday. They actually close at 7pm. One would really hope that they could figure out the store hours.
The staff finally picked up the phone after 25+ rings & did give me my item. It does seem to be what I was expecting, which gets them the 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed to learn in the news that lululemon’s Team Canada outfits were made using coal. I want to urge the company to be a climate leader and stop using harmful fossil fuels to make its clothes. I won’t be shopping at lululemon until I see strong climate leadership.

Last time I was between a 4” and a 6” train short and they offer me to customize it to 5” for me and send it to my house for no additional cost, I am very happy, thank you very much!
