★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially went to this store to drop off my own clothes and was humbled by the cleanliness and quality of the clothing on the racks. The first thing I noticed was everything was colour coordinated so beautifully. It literally took my breath away! The owner greeted me immediately with a big smile and made me feel so welcome! I absolutely loved her and all the staff. The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. I don’t shop anywhere else now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in 19 like new Joseph Ribkoff pieces for consignment and this lovely lady accepted all 19 pieces and commented they were beautiful pieces! Now that is a great consignment store I would be willing to travel to sell my beautiful like new clothes here!Way to go Nu2You! Cheers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was new to Edmonton and wanted to sell some clothes I no longer wore. A friend recommended Nu2You so I took them there. All my items were size 2 or 4 designer brands. Not a single thing sold because, I was told by the store owner, their average customer is a size 10 and "they rarely buy designer brands as they are too expensive." Then why take them in the first place? To add insult to injury, when I asked the owner where else I might take my clothes, she said she didn't know who else might be interested. So they couldn't sell my clothes but neither would they recommend a competitor. I left thinking Edmonton women just won't buy designer clothes, and I ended up donating an $800 dress to Cinderella's Closet and giving the rest to relatives. Great that the dress went to a good cause, but with a change in finances I could have used the money.
UPDATE: Thank you for your response but this was pre-pandemic. I wrote this review now because I'm going through my closets again and have discovered your competitors. Will be checking them out instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by this shop a couple of weeks ago with my Mom. The staff members were very polite and helpful! Unfortunately, neither of us had any luck finding clothing that was our style, and I found it overstocked so it was difficult to see different clothing items.
We personally won't be returning to the shop, but I wouldn't completely count it out if you are looking for a consignment shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been twice now and I will happily be returning. file reference I am 20 years old and size 6/8 and my mom is 50 and size 12/14. we both always find heaps of beautiful clothing even tho our styles are different and often there are sales that further mark down the prices. everything is in very good condition so the prices do reflect that. for example I found an oak+fort sweater for $32 while normally would be $100 and it was in perfect condition. this is a great place to go for quality clothes at a discounted price and some interesting pieces as well! they have tons of designer bags and shoes and jewelry so next time I am looking for a new purse or shoes for an event I will be coming here first! staff is always friendly and I can't wait to visit again!
