Dry needling from Steve resulted in instant improvement, and I've been shown exercises and inexpensive easy to use equiment to also keep maintainance up at home - helpful. The staff at the clinic are flexible and efficient in ensuring my appointments worked with my schedule. The clinic itself is new, fresh and well equipped. He provides easy to follow, effective, exercises to strengthen areas that cause problematic injuries, while also providing effective treatment for symptom relief. Coming to Reach has been a cornerstone in my training regimen for the prevention and rehab of injuries. Steve is also a wizard at dry needling and has proven to be effective in keeping my muscles in good shape! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to treat and prevent sports injuries!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely recommend Physiotherapist Nathan here at Reach! I began seeing him for TMD pain and chronic headaches and his treatments with exercises helped immensely. Then when I injured my knee plying competitive soccer, he quickly moved to building me a rehab program with strength as the main goal for my movements. I’ve never had a Physio teach me so much, while helping me in a very sport/movement specific way. He offers later appointment times which work great for me, and the office itself is beautiful! Lots of parking, easy to access and very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review because of the great care to details of my left knee rehab specifically by Nathan. This knee surgery that I had awhile back has needed extra care and attention along with multiple other injuries obtained in a motor vehicle crash while rehabbing my knee. Nathan is probably the best physiotherapist I have ever seen and I have seen a lot of physiotherapist in the past, having probably 15 major surgeries so I have done the whole Edmonton and surrounding area circuit. Also this facility is very clean and well kept equipment is up to date and lots of room to use equipment. All of the staff here are very pleasant and make your experience very good. But the purpose of this review is for the great work that I am currently receiving from Mr. Nathan Schmidt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great group of people at this clinic! I had a lower back injury and had a tough time moving around. Was able to book with Steve right away, had great availability and time options for my schedule. Had 2 treatments with Steve and I immediately felt better and was able to move around without intense sharp pain after Dry Needling treatments. He also gave me some great ideas to stretch the areas and ways to strengthen to prevent re-injuries.
Steve knows what he's doing and would be a great option for all your physical rehabilitation needs.
The whole clinic is clean, nice and all equipment are well kept. They follow all cleaning and sanitization standards.
The Hand Clinic is also a great option, especially in Edmonton, there isn't a lot of other options for rehabilitation if you had a hand injury. Mostly you'd need to go to the hospital and sometimes the waits can be very long and can be crowded. The Occupational Therapists here have a lot of experience with hand injuries and can provide you with lots of options to get your hands to be functional again.
Highly recommend to check them out for you physical rehabilitation needs!

Reach Sports Physiotherapy + Hand Clinic is where I have been going and I am thankful I chose to go here.
Great and caring people work here! The space is super clean, nice light, well equipped, easy free parking. I have been seeing Steven but truly any one of the therapists here are very good at what they do. Caring attention has been my experience along with encouragement to get the best results and function back.
Thank you to all of them and of course most especially Steven as he is working with me.
If you’re in need of any Physiotherapy, Reach is a truly great one! Highly recommended
