โ โ โ โ โ This place was great until my dog got an ear infection, our vet said the ear infection which costed a arm/leg was from groomer leaving water in his one ear. One time my groomer was late 20 mins from traffic so we stood around and i was late for my next appointment. The trail blazer for pet food is awesome though!

โ โ โ โ โ Went here for the first time, seems great. Staff are friendly and easy to work with and take good care of the dogs. Prices are good and I'll be back again.
Came back to for another appointment, booked online with their system and got a confirmation for an appointment at 9 am may 3rd. When I showed up the store was still closed and doesn't open until 10 am, I drove all the way over here for nothing. Very frustrating and just dumb of the owners. It even shows online they open at 9 but they aren't. Your can you not even have proper hours posted or have your online booking have the wrong hours available. Insanely dumb.

โ โ โ โ โ Took my dog for a groom here for the first time. Quoted me $85 and told me it would take 2 hours, which I thought was reasonable. 2.5 hours later, I had heard nothing yet, so I called and they said he'll take another hour. No apology over the phone. When my dog was finally done (3 hours and 45 minutes after I dropped him off), they said the dog scheduled before mine was being difficult, so it took long. It took 3 hr and 45 min for a groom of a dog that weighs 5 lbs and doesn't have a lot of fur (he gets shaved in the summer). Whether it's due to double booking or unskilled staff that take way too long, I'm definitely not going back.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been taking my dog to Green Dog for 8 years. I love the people that work there and the level of care they provide my dog.
My dog requires hand stripping and they do such a great job!
I never have a problem booking an appointment within a reasonable period of time.

โ โ โ โ โ I love this place. No one grooms my golden retriever as well as Tracy!!! She's a rockstar! He comes out looking so sleek and shiny. I don't know what she does to his hair, but it's all smooth and silky instead of coarse and wire-like when he's done. :-)
