★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love consigning with Wrinkled. It's easy—bring in your clothes and the gracious owners will sort through it within 15 minutes while you browse the store or visit other places on Whyte. If you're like me and hate reselling your clothing yourself, Wrinkled is the perfect fix. Every time an item sells you get an email, then within the week you will receive an e-transfer for your portion of the sale. Lovely owners, amazing business idea.

Ashlee and Jade are knowledgeable, friendly, and always able to help you find the item that is justtt right for you. Many of my favourite pieces have come from Wrinkled! Consigning with Wrinkled has been a seamless process as well. My partner has brought in men’s clothing and felt the same! He also loves their men’s selection and always leaves the store with a new item.
The shop is beautiful, organized, and in a great location on Whyte Ave! Their online and social media presence is top-notch. I hope they open another location soon as there is such high demand for their business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous little consignment shop :) They have items at an array of price points from low to high (for second hand) which is nice. The pieces they have are always gorgeous, and they now have some local artists’ accessories. I recently bought some butterfly claw-clips and I love them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish, my experience with Wrinkled was amazing. I purchased a pair of Wilfred Daria pants in a medium. I am a new mom and have a pair of these pants in a size small. The convenience of being able to have the pants shipped to my door was a huge plus because it is tough for me to leave the house with my baby. I purchased the pants online seamlessly. Immediately my order was confirmed via email. My pants arrived promptly. They are in perfect condition. I would be shocked if they were worn at all. They came wrapped professionally with a printed receipt and smelled good (this is a selling point for me when purchasing second hand clothing). I will absolutely be shopping with Wrinkled again. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You wouldn’t know wrinkled is a consignment store at first glance. There’s so many items that are new with tags and the store is bright & clean. They have a beautiful space, with great fitting rooms (mirrors inside! I’ve never been a fan of the mirrors outside the fitting room layout). While it’s not as accessible as I’d like (no wheelchair / stroller ramp & steep flight of stairs) their online shop easily compensates as it’s easy to navigate.
It was my first time consigning with them recently too. The whole process was streamlined and quick. I waited no longer than 5-8 minutes for the gals to go through my items. At the end I got a virtual itemized list of what they accepted. A few of my items sold within 2 weeks and I got an email notification of the sold status. They’re doing everything right and Ashlee is always helpful when I’m shopping onsite. Goodbye malls, I’ve found my new favourite store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Wrinkled team is AMAZING, I went in the summer looking for a dress for a wedding and they had so many styles, colours, and brands to choose from. I was shopping alone and asked for their opinion on a few dresses, they were so helpstull and kind, and they came out with even more dresses from the back that they thought I would like that weren't on the rack yet. Needless to say I left with more then one dress and absolutely loved what I purchased. Wrinkled is a great store to get the brand's you love for less!

At first, I was saddened that I was unable to visit Wrinkled in person but to my surprise shopping on the website was just as exciting! The products are always received in the true condition that they have been categorized as, the selection of items is outstanding, and the Wrinkled team is ALWAYS available to answer any questions!
I recently wanted to purchase a dress, but as a distant online shopper in Toronto, I wasn't able to see the dress in person. The amazing Wrinkled team tried the dress on for me and let me know their expert opinion on whether it would fit my measurements! The teams commitment and enthusiasm to supporting virtual shoppers keeps me coming back - in addition to the great pricing of the brand new/like new labels/designers that I love!
