Changerooms are bull.
But cheap deals on hidden gems and super fast checkout rates this Hidden Village a 5*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok....prices r high for a thrift store. I know brand new plastic utensils at Dollarama are the same price as Value Village. Selling items like pots and pans wit lids separately is dumb. Sheets sets....the fitted the flat n pillow cases separately is dumb.... juss to make more money. I've been to better thrift stores and this one is ok... barely ? I did find a few items I like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can be hit or miss here, but during my last visit they had some very nice clothes. I was pleasantly surprised. There's also a Dollarama, Polish Deli and a couple other handy things in this little strip mail. Not the safest area, so be streetwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not entirely impressed with this place, items are overpriced, there's not much selection, store is always unreasonably warm in temperature. The staff is nice usually, if they dont suspect you of stealing. This store is good for textiles, childrens clothing is reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO CHANGE ROOMS, NO REFUNDS! BUYER BEWARE.
I went to get summer clothes yesterday, and when I wanted to try on the shorts I picked out there were no change rooms. Okay, no problem, I'll just try them on at home. Try them on at home, too small. So I go back today to return them and they only do exchanges within 14 days. No store credit, no money back. I don't want to buy more clothes so I don't want to exchange them. Now I have $30 worth of clothes that are basically garbage because I couldn't try them on in store and couldn't get a refund.
Change your policies because they are stupid.
I feel disrespected. I feel taken advantage of. I feel like Value Village has stolen from me. Won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ literally saw a man drop and break his drug pipe, and not a single employee clean it for at least an hour.. Other customers aside the actual products are nice and you can find some great finds. Store is pretty clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can sometimes get the latest fashion trends here at value village. Those trends only cost a few dollars at this place. Don't forget to check the pockets of the clothes your trying on because one time I found fifty bucks in the jeans pocket while I was in value village. Maybe you will too . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like other reviewers this is the most expensive thrift shop I’ve been to and recently it’s getting worse. The absolute slap in the face that made me walk out is when they sell items from DOLLARAMA WITH THE PRICE TAG ON IT, for literally DOUBLE the new price. Photo attached.
