J	Jasmine Collins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my child in a highchar for 2 hours screaming . Child to staff ratio is horrible . The staff are all immigrants and DO not speak English properly . My daughter had a fever of 107 when I picked her up one day and was lethargic and very unkept . They did not call me or notify me . There was an incident where my daughter apparently fell and smashed her head on the shelf leaving a dent in her forehead . To get a copy of the incident report I had to harass them and speak to the supervisor , upon getting this form it was not filled out properly : this is a HORRIBLE daycare . Do not send your babies there ,!
J	J Leanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This daycare has mice running around the kitchen, they do not clean the change table after every or any diaper change, the last comment was correct in saying the children would be better off eating in a soup kitchen, the staff handle the children roughly and do not treat each child with respect, the children with special needs are not having their needs met... Actually none of the children are. They also accepted a child who did not go to the center. They did not know who this child was and they did not have any contact info. They also did not call authorities until 8 pm that night! There are so many better daycares in that area..
W	Wildrose Loads on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son goes this place for last 2 years or so, the staff are all so caring and help any parent feel at ease leaving their child in daycare. My son always has a smile on his face when we drop him off at Children's Playce.
N	Nilo Seridio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful place for KIDS, staff teachers are competent in their job, compassionate, caring and friendly too. My two kids love to stay here because they enjoy their daily activities which are educational and is a big plus in further improving and transforming them into better and more responsible kids anywhere they go... They are able to explore and learn while they enjoy playing with other kids in the daycare as they keep telling stories about it when they're at home. I will give this daycare and osc a thumbs up!!
k	kait leddy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff do interact very well with the children. My child's diaper was always changed and didn't get rashes. However my child was released to someone not on the pick up list. The person who picked up my child was safe and related to him, but was never supposed to be able to pick my child up. When I confronted the director about this, she denied it and said that it had never happened. I had four other people that I trusted confirming that it did happen. Eventually they changed the policy but still refused to acknowledge their mistake. I filed a complaint and as a result the director retaliated. She called my funding to complain that I ask too many questions and would not bring them an entire box of diapers at once. She also complained that I had filed a complaint. After this I gave my immediate notice. This daycare is not worth the drama. The prices are great but food wise you get what you pay for. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone in a million years. It was a nightmare.

The staff look at each child as an individual with their own strengths and needs. My nephew has been blessed with awesome teachers who understands his challenges and handle him with grace. My nephew has learned so much and continues to to share with me and the whole family the great activities that go on each day at daycare. Thank you to the Childrens Playce Daycare and OSC for an incredible early chidhood curriculum that engages and teaches at all steps of the day, and special thanks to Harpreet and her staff, they continue to do amazing works of "heart" with all children
J	James Mcgillis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been coming to Childrens Playce daycare for almost 5 years the daycare has done exceptional work caring for my son Joshua Letendre also the staff do a wonderful job as well they call me when someone not on the contact list to pick up my son and they never released my child without my consent.He has progressed beyond my expectations they are very good on writing reports if a child has a any issues including accidents. All the staff are very good with the children.I am very satisfied with the daycare and there work.Good job all of you guys.
d	dannielle rodriquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enrolled my son in this daycare when he was 13 months old, when I entered their centre I noticed all the educators greeting each child in the hallway by name with attention given to each child. The Director answered all my many questions and once we did drop him off the first day she was there, assuring us that our baby would be ok and that we could call her anytime to see how he was doing, and she meant it, anytime I called she would check in on him and let me know how and what he was doing, that extra bit of information gave it that special touch for me, my son was with Children Playce Daycare and OSC for 2 years and I had no problem with them, they were amazing educators as well as the owner.I highly recommend this centre to any parents who wanted to enrol their kids in the daycare
