I've not once had a problem with any staff nor management. I'm very lucky to have this daycare for my child. Highly recommended.

When I brought it up to the program supervisor she took it very seriously and followed up with me a couple times to make sure I was informed about the actions taken. My daughter is always very excited at drop off and often runs into the arms of the staff for her good morning hug. Even with everything going on in the past few months with COVID I have been very comfortable with leaving my child in their care. If I have any questions I can message them over HiMama and get a response usually within an hour. I cannot recommend this daycare enough!!

I often see them there from morning until night ensuring things are running well. You can tell they are invested in having a great childcare facility in this community. I feel like some of the reviews written here are from people who don't read or care to understand policies. They are closed on stat holidays so don't take phone calls, like most childcare facilities. They also have very clear policies when enrolling children and I'm sure when followed people wouldn't have any issues. I have nothing but love for this place and the amazing women who run it! Keep working hard!!

They are supportive of your child’s needs and it seems like there is a cool fun activity happening every day in after-school care. They care about the family in there care, During the holidays they run a gift/food drive for struggling families to make sure they had food for the holidays and gifts for the kids.I hight recommend this daycare to anyone looking for child care.

The teachers in my daughter's After School Program are caring, compassionate and dedicated to seeing that my daughter excels in all given activities, they take time to keep me posted on what my daughter has eaten that day. They make me feel like am leaving my child with close family. My daughter loves McCauley Community After School Care Association that on weekends she will beg me to take her to day care so that she can spend time with all of her friends. I recommend this daycare to parents/guardians. Go MCASCA

This made me feel at ease because the previous daycare she was attending she would always cry when we pulled up. So it was very much assuring when she enjoyed going. The teachers are very kind to the kids and like to have fun. My kiddo has always said nice things about them and it makes me smile knowing that when she goes that she is going to be well taken care of and I don’t have to worry. Definitely recommend for all parents!

My son also enjoys his room. I remember the first day I dropped him off at daycare. I was expecting him to cry. He did not cry. I believe it was because the staff there was so nice and welcomed him with open arms and so much love. Thank you so much for all your help and support. We really appreciate you.

Her childhood development has progressed significantly and since she was an infant, she seems to be very happy around daycare staff. The staff work very hard, are very friendly and we've not had any major reason to complain. We've attended some parent engagement nights where we had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions and learn more about our child's development and activities in the daycare. I highly recommend this daycare to parents.
