★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has no good clothing. Might as well go to Value Village down the block. They price things WAY too high. The items they sell are also low-quality for what they try to sell them for. I've sold clothes to them - it really depends who is going through your clothes. Brought in a container for them to give it back to me with unfolded clothes, didn't close the lid and left it on the ground opened.
Brought in many clothes - for them to choose a Molsen Canadian beer shirt that you get free from LCBO.... when I had a container full of American eagle, H&M, Zara.... etc...
Management needs to train their staff better. This and the Oshawa location are lacking in customer service skills and knowledge of what is present in the fashion industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in not expecting much but when I met one of your staff members, Ren, I realized what customer service looks like. I never leave reviews but my experience here was incredible I couldn't help but share. She was lovely. Helped me pick out 3 new outfits and even was able to get me discount on my next purchase. She explained the rewards program as well as the buy process so well as it was very easy to understand. For such a small person she has such a huge and bright personality! I will definitely be back to explore the rest of this huge store and hope to meet the rest of the lovely staff. I see the boss reads comments so I just wanted to let him know how outstanding Ren is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large store with racks and racks of men's and women's clothes. They even have items that still have the original tags on! Scarves, hats, mitts, and bags are currently located at the front. They also have some face masks too. I didn't take the time to ask about if our how they take your donations. Next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there, my name is Emily Palatino. I recently came into your store on January 2nd 2022 and I just wanted to say that this place was incredible. I came into the store looking with my friends to buy a blue shirt not expecting much because I did read the reviews when I found out about the place and some were pretty bad about the staff and pricing. I looked around for maybe 15 minutes and bought exactly what I needed and found a few other amazing pieces along the way. So, before I get to why I'm emailing the store, I have pretty bad social anxiety when it comes to strangers even when Im with my frineds so I usually just shove my clothes on the counter, pay and run out the door. When I went to pay I met you're incredible staff. LIKE INCREDIBLE. They are the reason I'm writing this. Immediately the small girl ten told me how cool my style (i have pink and neon yellow hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today and tried to drop off my stuff but I had them in bags, the small friendly girl at the front counter told me I could buy a bin from the dollartree nearby so now I have less clothes in my own closet, an extra $40 and 2 new laundry bins! Love this place, will be back soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if the staff and shop have good and bad days. Went in the first time when they first opened a couple of months back and the ladies were so snooty, and had their eyes on me like I was good for nothing. They were looking at me and I felt judged. Came in with branded clothes and bags and some were new but they gave me a very insulting offer. Didn’t push thru with that. Decided to go in again recently. Staff were better and friendlier now but the things they were selling were not that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Visited this store today for the first time , i brought in about 3 bins of clothing folded and ready to sell them , some were new with tags and some were not . After reading some reviews aswell as my platos experience at another store i experienced before i was a bit skeptical on how things would go . The girls there were very nice , they took about 20-30 minute to look at all my stuff , so i was very happy it didn't take too long . They bought most of my things ( Jeans , Tops , purses) . I believe that things that get passed away really is due to what sells the best in the store and the condition of clothing , because most of mine they took with no problems :) . I am Very happy With my experience today and i will definetly be back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went to the store, I had browsed the aisles to see what kind of items they had. I brought in 3 baskets of new and fairly new clothing, not old, brand names, etc. Out of the 3 baskets, they selected 12 items.
I didn’t bother say anything because the reviews already said that the Pickering location is a hit and miss depending on who is working and I wanted to experience it for myself to know not to waste time going back to that location.
The funny thing is that even 3 items that I bought at the Richmond Hill store a week before were rejected. If I was closer I would have just returned them but after visiting the Pickering location, I definitely see why it’s worth the drive to just go to the. Richmond Hill location. Much nicer clothing and they accept more item, compared to Pickering. Pickering is a waste of time.
You bring in decent items when they have wrinkled, tacky items on the racks and it’s rejected. So if you have decent clothing to donate, skip this location.
