I'm really disappointed that I've now twice brought good quality items (and also in the correct season and literally worn once) into the the store to sell and they've taken nothing - absolutely nothing! I won't be returning.

The place is very organize which can be compared to any Value Village shops. The price of the items may be a bit pricey. The good thing here is they buy your slightly used items. They are a bit picky though when they buy your stuff. Parking is good. And the staff are accomodating as well.

I usually have a great time shopping there but when it comes to selling my clothes I was rather underwhelmed with how much they paid me for some of the clothes I bought. (Especially since majority were all new athletic clothing such as gymshark & alphalete)

Selection is good and well as price! Staff is definitely a 0/10, very rude, no hello, made me feel like an inconvenience. Would be beneficial to get some customer service training.

I have a medical exception from masking, I do have the paper to prove this. I also have both of my vaccines and a booster! I have never been treated with such disrespectful workers ever. I was approached by a lady who was actually more respectful just a bit of putting she asked myself to put on a mask I said I have a medical exemption and provided her with it her response was firm but kind she said her employer doesn’t care if there is an exemption and proceeds to tell me I need a mask I said I’ll go see if my mom has one which she did. So I put it on but my breaths already become course and hard to keep the pace up so I pull it down for a moment to take my inhaler so I didn’t have an asthma attack then this is where I was very upset with the service another employee snap saying we will not be serving you no longer if you cannot put on the mask I told her I was taking my inhaler and she said she doesn’t care if I have asthma or not I was appalled by this behaviour and proceeded to pull the mask up and grabbed my mother and left. I get society is upside down but to say you don’t care if someone is to have a asthma problem is undoubtedly so disrespectful. The Sherwood park Plato’s have such wonderful service 10/10 understanding and wonderful people but this west side one is aweful one and I’ll never be returning to such an aweful serviced place!

Don’t bother wasting your gas money. ?‍♀️ I’ve been here three times and haven’t been able to sell a thing. To sum it up, If you’re not selling “fast fashion”, don’t bother. Even then, it has to be in mint condition and you will get an underwhelming amount of cash. Lol. It’s a very “If you wanna fit in” type of store..? You’ll have better luck on Facebook marketplace.

We left our clothes there at 6:00 pm on Saturday and didn’t pick up the same day. We called them at 11:00 am the next day and they said they already gave it to donations. That’s not even 24 hours. I agree with the one star reviews. Vibe is off, attitude was bad on the phone. All the Plato’s in Edmonton are franchised owned. Stop shopping there and let the franchise owner go down. Support the south store, as they always have quality items and take in quality items. :)

Mostly love browsing through here. I usually find something for someone in the family. Items stocked are for a younger demographic. The prices are very reasonable. I have noticed a bit of a difference in the quality of items over the past couple years. You definitely have to scrutinize the item for defects. I recently purchased a dress shirt and it was in mint condition except for the end seams of the cuffs were torn. They have a reasonable return policy though.
