You can definitely find good stuffs in this store. However, I find it a bit pricey. I don’t know if the manager or the person in charge is a renowned fashion designer but he/she shouldn’t make the price of “second hand item” expensive. For example; I saw a top from Forever 21 the other day and the price in value village is even more than the price of a new one. It’s called a thrift store for a reason. The things we purchase here shouldn’t have to break our bank accounts. In my own opinion, I think the prices should range from $1-$10. If an item is more than $10-$15-$20 then it should worth it!!! Most of the people that come to shop at the thrift store are trying to save money. I’ve seen a jacket for $99 or even more. That’s so much. Imagine a person with financial difficulties/ an homeless person expected to buy a top for $20 or Jacket for $45. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please put this into consideration. Be considerate when putting the price for an item. Thank you Overall, the store is neat. There’s always sales every month or so. I’d recommend that you visit the store when they have 50% off. Also, don’t forget to sign up at the cashier to get notified about the sales.

Horrible. State of the store was awful. Tried to make a purchase but no cashier was to be found. When I asked about a cashier all six Employees still could not figure it out. After I expressed my irritation and asked for a supervisor I was threatened with security… I’ll be contacting head office. This is what happens when you let kids run your store.

As a former employee, listen to the reviews given by former co-workers. Abysmal management, employees are treated horribly, genuine concerns are never given attention. I could really go on about the problems with this place, however I don't think the word limit would suffice. Oh and did I mention management is NOT ALLOWED to give references for other jobs? Crazy. This location has the POTIENTIAL to be a fun job, however, until management is cleared out by head office, nothing will change. Turn over speaks for itself.

I will not ever go to that store again, they are a lazy bunch, everything is over priced, and the customer service is nil If u see something u may be interested in, then of course it is priced wrong, and they have to “adjust” the price, because after all it is a yard sale, which is what it started out as, now has turned into a ‘business’ With no customer service what’s so ever. For instance, i bought mugs, 2 for $2.99, which is normal, then I picked up two similar mugs, which were priced at 2 for $6.99, like really, for products that are given to them, We’re does all the profit go to, since I thought this was a not for profit store. I will never donate another thing to this store, I would rather throw it out in garbage, which is were a lot of this stuff should go in the first place,

Overall, always a decent store. But I've noticed price increases on a lot of their items, which is fine, except when they're literally Dollarama products with a $2 dollarstore tag on them and they're asking $4+ for it. Seems they need better attention to detail while pricing.

I've been able to find great stuff here! Definitely takes a bit of digging and numerous visits but that's thrifting! They have a great array of comics, cooking ware, and an interesting stock of electronics. They even have an area where you can test electronics! Additionally, if you'd like to test out any battery operated items just ask the staff! They usually have some and are very friendly! The only critique I have is some things are overpriced (designer clothes, well known electronics, games) For example, I saw some old video games marked up significantly even though they didn't have a box and were beat up.

I bought a watch for 40$ and when I changed the battery. The watch was not working. I returned it to the magasin but I was surprised that it was a final sale no exchange and no money back. Avoid purchasing electronic products from these stores if you are unsure of their working condition.
