Best Gym in Canada

O	Ocean Gupta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for the workout. The environment of the gym is pretty good. Staff is really nice, helping and always smiling. I tried other gyms but La fitness is the best among all.
D	Dave Link on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the last few weeks the quality of maintenance and repairs have gone downhill substantially. Most of the trainers are notorious for leaving equipment wherever they have finished with their client, not returning the equipment to where they originally found it. The club has a number of clocks, few of which give the correct time and some have been with dead batteries for months. New members should be told that dropping weights is not a contest to see who can make the most amount of noise.

Operational Manager Ana M. and front desk operations Karlee C. have the experience that much more incredible! Definitely two ladies worthy of raises and promotions!
W	William M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined the gym to help with a back issue I have, back in Sept 2020. It has gone well and I had signed up for a personal trainer. My trainer is awesome, however the issue now is I need surgery. I'll be off work rehabing the next two months. I asked if they can pause my payments for those months. They said they cannot freeze the account at all and nothing can be done. I mentioned I have no problem adding the extra two months to the end of the contract, but I guess that was not good enough. It seems they really need my money now and don't care how it effects me financially. Beware of signing a contract with this gym. Anything can happen to you over that contract, and it seems there is no chance that they will help. Even with a request that will still get them the full value of the contract you agreed too.

When you go over to the weight sections upstairs, you can see people’s lint on the floor and of course dust; indicates that the staff does not regularly clean. As well, many male gym-goers do not wipe the equipment after use. This gym should really enforce more guidelines or even requirements when it comes to helping keep the gym clean. But the main responsibility falls on the gym. Please improve, many notice.

He was very professional, friendly, and was offering help, when we came to the gym he made sure we had less waiting time at the reception by directing us to the right department. He answered a few questions over the phone while Ford announced new measurements. That was very helpful, he was patient and made sure I got answer to all my questions. Thanks Said.
k	ktruelovely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fitness facilities, always staff cleaning up. Equipment is in good shape and well maintained. Lots of space, never an issue using a cardio machine. Good selection on free weights and machines. Bonus is the pool, hot tub and sauna. Would be nice to have the smoothie bar, or coffee bar back for morning crowd.
O	Osama Baig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply love this LA fitness. I'm a regular here and I only have good things to say about this facility. The staff are very nice and do not give you any issues. The facility is not jam packed either and had ample space to complete your workout in peace. The swimming pool addition is also the best. I will continue coming back here, thank you for the exceptional service!
