Best Gym in Canada

M	Mayur Mirwani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the best gym I have ever been to. Not just the equipments, cleanliness & all those things but this gym is top notch for its customer service. Just recently I had an unfortunate situation with my credit report and I called up the gym regarding this. The manager was extremely respectful & listened to my situation calmly. He helped me throughout the process & spent a lot of time dealing with the debt collection compnay for me without any incentive at all. See, every gym would be good to you if you pay on time & till nothing goes wrong. But there are very few clubs who will stand by you & listen to you when things don't go as plan. So that's the reason am giving them five stars. Cheers.
F	Frugal Mind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacks leg curl machine , only lying leg curl nor there is hack squat machine. Same is available at ellerslie location. Friendly and helpful staff. Most of the crowd who uses this gym ain't that keen on wiping equipments after use. Otherwise all good ?.
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and friendly staff. Patrick (and the other girl that works there) will make sure you are taken care of whether you are a member that is joining or leaving! This branch is transparent and honest in their dealings. If they say they will refund you something, they will follow through. Other gyms should take notes
L	Laura Clarke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love that it's never busy here. But with the lack of people you would think it would be clean. THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AND SMELL OF URINE! I don't even like going in there with my gym shoes on cause I like to throw then back in my gym bag. ?
G	GRIND on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst fitness location yiu can ever have. These people are mad and using people for money. I was given a commitment to pay only $50 for cancellation but when i went to cancel they are asking me to pay $425 +$50 and saying it was our staff mistake. When i signed the policy no such $5 freezing payment was discussed and now they are saying the gym policies have changed. So please don't ever try to get into the trap of such stupid gyms.

Just read the information properly because when we are in the gym they are doing buttering like we are easily go for sign in without reading the email. So when you guys want to leave the gym due to valid reason they charge you more. During the sign they give you tablet and stand nearby you to go through early. Be aware.

Credit card info was stolen in December and had to get new card and missed a payment for anytime fitness (forgot to even update info since I don’t even use this gym since pandemic started and had account frozen which I was told I would get a heads up when it starts charging me again - I wasn’t). Was told I owed the 40 whatever for December and then also had to pay the 40 for January. Even though I made multiple attempts during December and early January to talk to somebody about cancelling my membership. Was practically told I was a liar by the new owner who stated she always has the phone on her and would of gotten my call. Okay well I called, left a voice message to your answering machine that promises you’ll “get back to me” which you never did. So clearly you missed my call. Now I’m being charge $83 dollars from this gym for a facility I haven’t even used for 2 years because of the pandemic. This is just ridiculous. Would not recommend this gym to anyone. Would give no stars but unfortunately I have to give at least 1.
S	Sarah Deleon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I see a lot of negative reviews, but I absolutely love this gym. It's usually never too busy, and I find all the staff so friendly and approachable. I always see staff cleaning and engaging with the clients there. Tones is sooo nice and really knows how to interact with people. I love that any concerns or questions I have had she can answer right away.
