As an excellent paying customer, I've never missed a payment and always been on time. After paying off a larger portion of my loan, I asked to refinance the amount owing. Sophia helped me and gave me the run around for a week with promises to return my calls and then claiming they're short staffed. When my call was finally returned today, there was audio playing in the background (shopping channel or something) and it was so loud I could not hear her. I asked her to turn it down and she said she'd just talk louder. Very unprofessional and I could not hear myself talk either.
When the audio ended and I could speak normally, she again asked me a question that I answered a third time and Sophia continued to argue with me about whether I had said it or not prior. She is incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. When I asked to speak to the manager, she stated that she is the branch manager. When I called head office they told me that she is not the branch manager and a lady named Jacqueline is. I'm appalled at this branch, the unprofessionalism and incompetence in how they treat a customer in good standing is crazy, can't imagine how bad it would be to be in bad standings. If you can work with another branch...stay clear! Better yet- use another lending company!
