Wild Wing

Sadly, this meal was not good. The boneless wings were supposed to be lemon pepper dry rubbed. The wings were badly over cooked and a little bit of lemon pepper was under them. They had no flavour. Disappointed.

Server was awesome food was good. Their combo plater is a rip off and got a half eaten chicken bite

Such a disappointing experience as we used to love going to the wild wing in bowmanville. To start there was one person at the bar and one party of two sitting at a booth when we arrived. The server was nice and had mentioned she was new (later overheard her saying it was her third shift to another couple as she was correcting an error with their order). We ordered a Diet Pepsi and a white sangria. The wings came out before my wife’s sangria which was just white wine in a lipstick stained glass - not hers. Eventually my wife was brought a sangria which was predominantly grapefruit juice and no fruit (the server was apologetic saying she was sorry, she was still learning how to make drinks soshe was the sole waitress and bartender for the whole restaurant which now had welcomed several patrons it was wing night after all). Half way through I noticed two wings were undercooked (my wife later found one undercooked). We informed the waitress and she told the cook. The cook response was that the meat was just “bruised”. We asked the waitress to take the wings back so that the cook could have a look at them. This took 7 minutes 5 of which my wings were sitting on the bar. The cook still maintained the wings were properly cook offered to have 2 wings recooked to make up for this. Not considering the time my food was sitting on the bar getting cold. We were offered no napkins or wet wipes - on wing night this is absurd and had to unwrap cutlery to wipe our hand as the waitress was now avoiding us. My wife went to the bathroom to wash her hands but the soap dispenser was empty and broken. All in all a horrible experience. Will not be back.

If I need to use the bathroom you need to let me bathroom. People have medical issues you may not know about. Indian manager threatened to call the police and told me to get the f out. No wonder your restaurant is always empty. You are unprofessional, disrespectful and should not be in the hospitality business. Stay tuned for a complaint from head office. You woman hater.

The Managers lack of professionalism was astonishing. To avoid coming to our table & clearing up some confusion we had with our bill he told our waitress he “didn’t want to talk and to waive our entire bill” to get us to leave. I just hope it didn’t get docked from her tips.

They would have made WAY more money off us IF we ever saw the waitress again (Riya). There was only one other customer in the dining area! Our drinks were emptied before our meal arrived. We got our food and realized we didn't order enough. When the waitress did come ask us if we wanted the bill, she left or passed by our table 3 times without cleaning up our dishes. The taste of the food deserved a star, the rest - worst service ever.

Tried this spot for the first time and Im pretty unhappy with the service for one my server left me standing at the front forever waiting for my takeout just to tell me my food in the back (totally forgot about takeout) okkkk can I get it?got home to realize my burger only had cheese which I asked for cheese and mayo only.. my other burger was cheese only again when I asked for everything minus tomato and lettuce my sweet potato fries were cold and looked like someone help themselves to quarter of my fries it didn't even fill half the container very disappointing after almost spending $40.00 for both burger combos..but I might give it another try simply because I like chicken wings hopefully it'll b better who knows...

Food was excellent, Staff was very responsive. Most importantly No discrimination, No vax passport required. I'm very impressed overall! 5 star for sure.
