J	Julie Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at the Oshawa North location are always fantastic. The issue was with the 3rd party delivery company that never ended up delivering my couch. By the end of the business day when I still hadn’t received the delivery I spoke with Skylar who was incredibly empathetic and understood my frustration. Let me just say that I have been in the hospitality industry for years and never once experienced someone going above and beyond the way Skylar did. Once she was done work, both Skylar and Stephanie (a co-worker), loaded my couch onto a pick up and not only personally drove it to my home, but carried it upstairs into the room of choice for me. You girls are rockstars!!!!!!! Thank you so much!

Don't know if someone soaked it or it was damaged somehow but if you want a sale it's probably best to keep your display proper.

I had an issue with a product (nothing serious) but the manager Skyler went above and beyond for me and made sure I left satisfied. The team at this location really devotes their time and energy into making sure their customers are happy.
O	Ocean Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolute amazing shopping experience with Skyler Trevor and Danielle. I was putting together a home office and only expected to walk out with one desk. If anybody’s ever set up a home office they know it’s a lot more than a desk. It can also be quite expensive but when I told Skyler and Trevor what I was looking for they politely asked me if there was anything else they could help me with and why I was out shopping. When I told them I was looking to set up a home office Skyler immediately got into action she got me an amazing deal for two desks ended up helping me find two amazing carpets that I just needed for around the house and got me the perfect lamp to match at all. They helped me load up my car and I was on my way I cannot say enough good things about these three workers Skyler and Trevor with all of my purchases and a seamless check out with Danielle. Thank you all so much they were all so professional and just so kind and helped me stick to my budget . I will be back for all of my home needs.

He also answered all the questions my husband and I had, he’s a very nice guy. I’d recommend going to see him if you’re at the store. We’ll be coming back here to do more shopping. Great service goes a long way and always makes or breaks my shopping experience.

They were great to load everything in my car and ensure it was secure for transport. Overall good experience (Store in Oshawa). And given how the level of service has dropped tremendously at many retail stores happy to see this store staff focuses on service!
