I’ve never actually given something a bad review before but I just have to. Stephanie is one of the rudest people I have ever met. We moved and ordered thousands of dollars of furniture there and she was the most unpleasant person to deal with that once our first order came we canceled the second just because of her. Every time we were in contact with her she acted like we were inconveniencing her and was so painfully rude. When I called to arrange to pick up my order I asked the status of my other order to which she replied “umm….. that’s going to take me a LONGGGGG time, really going to make me do that?” And I said well we just went to know what to expect… so then she tells us the dates and it takes 30 seconds? I was so confused. When we went to pick up our order I told the sales girl how annoyed I am with my experience and she said “let me guess… Stephanie” so what does that tell you? Anyway, we had to change payment to my husbands work visa so the girl had to get the manager (yay, Stephanie) and she said absolutely not could we do that. Our only option was to cancel the whole order, her send back the desk, and us re order it! I was LIVID at this point so I said sure! Send back the desk! Well re order it ?. Her face dropped and she replies.. “actually, you know what, I might be able to just do a quick refund and then charge that card” what do you know… it worked. THEN… a year later in July my mom tells me she ordered some bar stools from there. it’s December now and I asked her when they were coming and she had no idea. She called the store and asked and guess who answered? Stephanie, and made my mom feel horrible for asking a simple question!!! I didn’t even tell my mom my experience with her and the first thing she says is “I called structube and the rudest lady answered the phone and made me want to cancel my order!” Honestly structube.. get it together. I would never, ever, ever want someone like that representing my company. EVER. How is this ok? Every single encounter is horrible and judging by your own staffs reaction to her, it seems to be the norm. 0/10 would recommend. Love the furniture, could not support someone so unbelievably rude.

Terrible customer service. Specifically at this Oshawa location. I ALWAYS have trouble getting help and today 3 associates stood there with zero acknowledgment towards my husband and I. Having inappropriate conversations we could clearly over hear. Will never shop at this location again.

Not very happy with the customer service at this location. They take so long to process orders and then force to pick up with very short notice, online the order status is still stuck in “processing”… for items that are purchased to arrive at a future date will forever be stuck in “processing” until you get a call from the store or mostly you having to follow up.

This review is for Nathan alone. We were not able to fit a table we ordered into our car and had to bring a bigger car. He helped us throughout and was very polite!

Improve your return policy - we bought some couch coshions and wanted to return very next day because of the size and color mismatch but couldn't return because we lost the receipt. It was sold a day ago there was no sign of usage or damage. I believe you would have sales information in the system. Also we used our visa to bought that. We have a transaction with our bank to prove it. Most of the stuff is old and sitting in the store for years.
