Sales people are very knowledgeable and not pushy (which is wonderful) as I was shopping with a friend who loved to browse and take their time. Purchasing was a delight and my friend ordered an item which was to be delivered. Delivery was set up with an alternative company that Urban Barn uses and they were communicative, on time, very polite while setting up the item. Left everything as clean as when they arrived. My friend is very happy with her purchase and the handling of delivery and set up which left a big smile on my friends face.
C	Chad Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Urban Barn but it took me quite some time on deciding to buy the $3000 sofa given its a big purchase for me. I came into the store on Black Friday weekend without knowing this was going to be a frustrating experience. Due to some miscommunication with the sales associate, the discount applied to my purchase wasn’t exactly the same I could’ve got from another Urban Barn store. However the sale associate was friendly and apologetic so at the end I was fine with whatever applied given my credit card was already processed. While walking back to my car, I was doing the calculation myself and found out the final amount wasn’t right and it was $300 short. So I went back into the store and saw another sales rep. I said hi to see if she could help me, I was literally ignored. So I had to go directly to the counter and wait for someone who was willing to help. Finally a lady, who I believe is the store mgr, came to help to fix the price. She seemed to be the only person who cared to fix the problem and maintain the relationship with the client. I had been to multiple Urban Barn stores and all the previous experience I had was amazing and I don’t believe my experience today is systemic across the brand. But I just wish they could’ve handled the situation better today.

I went in to pick up a an online order and could not find the email I had received. I had been contacted by phone to say that my order was ready and to come and pick it up. The associate that helped me did not seem impressed that I could not find my email and seemed to be bothered to have to help me get my order. She eventually brought it out but seemed annoyed. This was the first negative shopping experience I have had at Urban barn and can say I will not attend this location again.

Was told while purchasing that I could later go back with the Designer’s Discount Code even after the delivery was done and I’d get the refund according to the discount offered on that Code. To my utter dismay (when I went back with the code), I was advised I’d be able to apply for the designer’s discount on my future purchases because the delivery of this purchase had already been made and it’s been over 14 days after delivery!!! I should’ve been advised of this guideline before the purchase. I would’ve waited for the Designer’s Discount Code before completing my purchase. Reality is that purchase was the biggest chunk of my furniture budget. I don’t foresee another big -ticket purchase like this where I could save over $800. Feeling misled.
T	Terry P. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy Urban Barn stores . Yes they have a great selection of furniture but I think they excel in their accessories , Which no one else seems to have. So different and unique items. I love it. Good store with helpful staff.
D	David Gritt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are a little high considering how much it cost to manufacture some of these things for example $30 for four ceramic coasters that were made in China where the cost to produce is pennies. But that seems to be a theme nowadays, overpriced Chinese made goods. I mean otherwise the place is very nice and the staff is very kind and helpful.
K	Kristen Cleary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all. Ordered several pieces of furniture in December. They were all to arrive around the same time. Prepaid for delivery. All items have been delayed. Finally got notice that recliner arrived but other furniture to be delayed until end of May. They refuse to deliver the furniture that is ready unless I want to pay 2 delivery fees. I understand there are delays these days but customer should not pay the price for that. For the amount that I spent, you would think they would have better customer service. Out of principle will never shop at Urban Barn again. I'd rather give my money to a company that cares about their customers and not trying to nickel and dime customers.
