Can you please explain what this is and why you are currently endorsing racism Toward specific demographics please? You literally make thousands and thousands of dollars of myself and my husband and our homesteading business in springtime alone. We will be canceling our 2 home depot cards today and I will never ever step foot in one of your propaganda pushing stores again. Unbelievable.

Had a positively terrible experience with Home Depot and there absolutely awful customer service. Spent almost two grand on a out door dining set on July 23. The tracking data they sent said that it was supposed to be delivered between July 29 and July 31. We came home from the cottage on the 27th to find it has already been delivered and the skid was dumped in the middle of our driveway. We went online immediately to check the shipping and tracking data and it said that the set still hadn’t even shipped yet never mind been delivered. Was really not impressed that the company thought it was acceptable to just leave it in our driveway. Our neighbourhood isn’t bad but it’s still pretty poor that they’d just leave it out. On July 29 we took it up to the cottage to find that many of the bolts didn’t match with the threaded holes. We followed the instructions and did exactly as directed but the pieces themselves were manufactured so poorly that there was no possible way to line up the holes to thread the screws. Having paid what we had I expected better quality. I called their customer service to inquire about returning it or getting my money back and was told this wasn’t a Home Depot problem and that I’d have to contact the manufacturer directly. This is absolutely unacceptable , you are selling products that you do not support nor take any responsibility for. After several hours on the phone and being transferred almost a dozen times they felt that a $25 gift card was acceptable compensation and returning the set for a refund was not a possibility. I will avoid Home Depot at all costs from now on, their customer service was atrocious and treating their customers in this manner is absolutely not acceptable. Beware purchasing from them, if there is an issue they’ll avoid any responsibility and screw you over happily.

PAINT DEPT I’m slowly painting our home, 1 room a week. Every time I’ve come in I’ve been helped by VERONICA. We now go out of our way to wait for her help. Anything/everything paint she knows and can clearly direct you to what you need and how to do it. People like VERONICA exemplify what a Home Depot professional should be. Yes Home Depot has everything you need. There fully stocked for one stop shopping, which is great for a contractor. However I’m not a contractor, so it means nothing without the Home Depot professional to help guide me and not make you feel foolish for asking - Thank You VERONICA Ps. I will be back for MORE of EVERYTHING because your THE ONE STOP SHOP for home renovations. I will ask VERONICA “ if “ management has acknowledged her for being THE BAR ( standard ) for customer service

Great location with everything I was looking for in stock. I had to deal with a few staff members for help and all were friendly and helpful. They answered the questions I had, and enjoyed some polite conversation while I got some keys cut. Overall a good experience and felt like they cared about me as a customer. Well done.

I was on the receiving end of a great customer service experience today. The evening store manager Eric helped me correct an error that had taken place earlier in the day and was very gracious about it. I left with exactly what I needed - I will continue to frequent this location as I have in the past.

Chris was a great help for us in making a decision about tiles for our bathroom renovation project. Very knowledgeable and patient.! What makes a store is definitely the people who work there. For me, I would go out of my way to buy from the location and give credit to the people I have dealt with.

Went in for some plants for my Chameleon and came out with 3 beauties! The lady working Friday around 3ish - 4 in the garden section was pleasantly helpful and very kind. Even though it's off season for plant shopping I was still happy with what they had in stock. And if I may add they were ALL beautifully well taken care of. Especially for being the cold season, i was impressed. The cashier was also extremely friendly and loved her positive attitude. Will definitely be back to this location. (Good thing I didnt get another ?, may of not had room for it)
