They have a huge selection to choose from. The installers are efficient, courteous and professional. We have loved everything they have installed in our home from our carpet, tile and vinyl flooring. We highly recommend Guy and his team to help with your flooring needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service, had a little glitch but resolved quickly. Had to ask for warranty & carpet care documentation which should have been given with invoice or sent in a timely fashion without customer having to ask for it weeks later. Communication could be improved. Happy with carpet so far.

sales staff where very nice to deal with.
the guys who installed the carpet were very professional and very good at their trade.
the carpet looks fantastic.....

We went into the store I believe at the end of June or sometime in July. The Gentleman that helped us was amazing, very knowledgeable, and gave great advise. Helped us make our selection process very easy. Gave us a sample board to take home for colour selection.
Then Chelsea came by to take measurements. Amazing experience with her as well. Very courteous, and knew what she was doing. We emailed back and forth a couple of times, she sent the quotes, payment link, and booked us for Aug 20.
The 2 gentlemen that came to do the install, showed up right on time, Ray and Don, were very pleasant. They knew exactly what they were doing.
When they started ripping out the old carpet is when we realized what a hard job it is!
The carpet is very good quality, the under pad makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend Carpet One Oshawa, and we would definitely use their services again if needed.
