D	Dennis Raphel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service I’ve ever seen and most unethical and unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist, they just don’t wanna talk, they pick up the call and just put you on hold without even asking and that too for 10 mins and then they simply disconnect… If someone who’s already not well get this treatment makes it more frustrating, CAN YOU FOLKS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS? And note this is not one occasion or a day I am talking about this is every time you call in
P	Paritosh Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever receptionists work here. They even dont talk politely. If you call for appointment they keep you on hold and after few minutes they hang up. We dont have any complain about the doctors. The doctors are really caring but the people at front desk killing the clinic and the ratings are so bad. Hope after some training the front desk will know how to deal with clients.

I visited the clinic without having an appointment around 7:00 p.m. I was experiencing severe pain and I asked for an appointment with a doctor. The receptionist, her desk is right to the entrance, told me that it is impossible because they do not book appointments after 7:00 p.m. When I insisted to see a doctor because of my constant severe pain she offered me a telephone appointment next day and gave me great advice - you can always go somewhere else to look for help. What a personal class, how great social skills she has, I am really impressed. The clinic owner must be proud of having such qualified staff. She should not work with people, she should not work with any living creature. My advice to future patients - DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU FEEL SICK. Have a nice, pain free life "lady" - Senior Citizen.

After 4 voicemails you would think someone would return my phone call. She is also my daughters doctor what if it was something to do with her. So unprofessional I will be leaving this doctor and finding another.

She was nice but you can also just make a virtual appointment from home. Wish I knew this before packing kids up and driving there.

Very professional and very compassionate for patients. I have had the pleasure of seeing & meeting all the MOA and doctors & they truly do the best the can for the community so thank you ladies keep up the good work.
C	Cheyenne Drover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic after being in an accident just down the road, was having severe neck pain , after waiting 15 minutes for them to come off lunch outside the clinic doors(might I add there were no signs on the door that said you had to book an appointment, nor did this cross my mind being a WALK-IN CLINIC) Getting to the desk she asks for my health card and then asks if I have an appointment. I said I didn’t know I had to book an appointment and there were no signs on the door indicating they weren’t taking walk-ins. I explained I was just in an accident and my neck was really hurting she said “you need an appointment to see the doctor.” In a seriously rude non-empathetic way. I asked if he would make an exception with the circumstances and she said no and told me to go somewhere else. Unprofessional and so incredibly rude. Don’t know how she has a job still.
