I walked into the clinic the same day in evening just two three hours later and the ladies at the reception told me that they are no longer accepting new patients. They need to mention in their call recording that they are not accpeting new patients rather than asking people to walk into the clinic only to find out that they are no more accepting new applications. Simply waste of my time

At the time of check in I asked how much wait time approximately and was told only 2 patients before me and shouldn't take more than 30 mins. Still wasted 1 full hour waiting here. So my review for them is same as I gave for their other clinic on Ritson. Come here only if you have few hours to waste. There is no time management here. If you call them they will tell you that it's no busy and you come and when you come there even within 5 min of calling them everything changes. They are only interested to swipe your health card and that's it.

When I subsequently explained to Dr. Shazia Nabi the problem I was dealing with she listened, questioned, examined and then prescribed the antibiotic that i needed. The Doctor was focused and efficient. I grew up in a medical family and am ale to recognize a true practitioner of the Art. Thank you.
a	angry Customer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few visit with Dr S Nabi, unfortunately she does not honour time of patients and treat patients with ill manners (always force them about her time, when she only spent 3-5 minutes per patient). Never again going to see her. Hope she will improve though as rest of staff is very decent!
