Not at north Simcoe physiotherapy, this place is like no other. From the moment you walk in those doors you feel nothing but comfort and relaxation. From the front staff to the workers this place is nothing short of AMAZING. My therapist Clara is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, kind and super knowledgeable. She is definitely a asset to this company!!! I look forward to my apts here as they make you feel so welcoming. I could go on and on about how amazing the staff are here but none wants to read for hours and hours. Please do not go anywhere else. Come here and you will not be disappointed I can promise you that. Thank you Clara for everything and keep up the amazing work you do for people!

From the first phone call with Michelle, who is warm, personable and knowledgeable in all areas of the services offered at the clinic to their flexible hours, the clinic's cleanliness and it's bright and welcoming atmosphere. I found myself in need of therapy after developing tennis elbow. Matt was absolutely amazing at helping me heal and regain my strength within about 6 weeks. Matt spent each session listening to how I felt and how my arm was feeling after each session. He was attentive and caring and offered so much information on my injury and how to avoid re-injuring myself in the future. I was sent home with exercises to help my recovery and any questions were always answered with a quick phone call if I was unsure about something. I highly recommend North Simcoe Physiotherapy.

Explained the different tools that she was using, how they would feel during treatment and what it would help with. Clinic was very clean and bright. Overall great experience. Would recommend.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with all my questions. I had Clara as my physiotherapist and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and very patient. She took her time with me and explained everything she was doing. I already have my next appointment booked and I’m looking forward to going. I would strongly recommend going to North Simcoe Physiotherapy!

The receptionist, Michelle, has been very pleasant and efficient. Physiotherapist Matt has been very kind and knowledgeable in guiding me through this part of my recovery from surgery. The facility is bright, modern and and clean. The equipment appears to be new and is in very good condition. I highly recommend North Simcoe Physiotherapy to anyone looking for a physiotherapy provider. 5 stars!

The front desk was very warm and welcoming and helpful when it came to setting up the direct billing for my insurance. My physiotherapist Reesha is so attentive and asks all of the right questions to better understand my pain and she explains her plans for me so that I could understand. We immediately formed a great Bond. She is very kind and I trust her. Lucy my massage therapist is great at working out all of the kinks. I'm so glad that I found this place.
