★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Ontario is facing a supply chain problem, but this stote has no to much in it inventory, cashier is always slow and large queue and every time I want to do a exchange or refund is like very painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this store (Harmony and Taunton)! I have encountered so many kind, patient and understanding associates who are always willing to help customers find what they need.
Today, an associate named Brianna was helping another customer read the knitting pattern. Brianna was not only knowledgeable, but she went above-and-beyond to help this customer understand the pattern. I was so impressed!
I can only imagine it's hard to be working customer service throughout this pandemic. Despite that, I've only had positive experiences here. The manager I spoke to (I believe was named Dawn?) was also helpful and pleasant when checking my items out.
So thank you so much. You are all rockstars.

Great selection for all your colouring, drawing, craft and scrap booking needs as well as ideas and materials I can’t even think of.
Only thing I can suggest is a few more staff members so you’re not stuck wandering looking for one if you need help
