P	Paige McMaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give them zero stars if I could. I bought a computer last month and I was signed up to a monthly geek squad plan WITHOUT MY CONSENT. The cherry on top of the cake? Geek Squad customer service told me I have to go to the store to cancel it if I don't want to pay a cancellation fee. I can't call them because they don't have a working phone number. I am disabled and currently housebound, so now I have to find a way to get to Best Buy. Thanks a lot, Best Buy.

They booked an installation appointment for my 75'TV and can't find the order date nor the manager who booked it for us. It took us multiple telephonic conversations with the Customer Service with no output. Final had to visit the store to detect that the TV is just waitin with noone to install this giant TV. Hopefully the last purchase from this aweful store.
D	Dustyn B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iv had so many problems at this best buy.. today I got there at 659 an they said they close at 7 an I saw people in there just bringing there stuff to the counter an looking around and I already had paid for my item online.... terilrible best buy worst one iv ever been to, An the second time I paid for 400$ headphones, an they said sorry it did not go through properly even though it came out of my account an they say sorry we can't see it on our end an that it would be back in my account in 2 days, so I paid another 400$ to buy them thinking the money would come back an it never did for 1 month and 1 week Absolute terrible place never shop at this one

He was super knowledgeable about the product, which led me to purchase a new iPad. Hasan helped us out at the check out. He was super friendly and helped me understand the Geek Squad membership! Thank you so much Connor & Hassan! I love my iPad and I left the store with a big smile on my face. All the best in your journeys with Best Buy! :)

They sympathized for my situation and worked as a team to help me find the correct Windows product quickly. I highly recommend this team and this Oshawa location! The customer service they provided was top notch! Thank you!

They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The washer was delivered on time, properly installed, and they hauled our old washer away. Overall an excellent buying experience.
L	Lopez Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for John who helped us pick a suitable laptop for our son on a student budget. The laptop wasn't in stock which was a bit of a disappointment. We waited a few days to have one shipped to store. Not sure what happened in transport to store, but the side tamper seal was torn. The Associate at pick up also noted this when it came in and said to come back if there were an issues. I gave this review 4 stars as the 5th would have been given if the laptop was in stock.
