When my husband took my son in the pharmacy laugh and said it wasn't accurate, they used to keep it up dated but it was too much work so they stopped. Just thinking this is highly unprofessional and just flat out rude. Shoppers has been my pharmacy for years but will change after this.

I stood at the cash for 4 minutes with a lady cashier looking right at me and did not acknowledge. While both store front assistant managers were yapping away!!! Six minutes before the for service ….

L	L S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I took the time to fill out the paperwork for a flu shot, which clearly stated: "walk-ins." I also called this store and, via their messaging, was advised: "walk-ins." My husband and I drove across the city early morning on the 26th to this pharmacy. Upon arrival, we are the only ones at the pharmacy. I was advised to book an appointment and to come back another day. I questioned this as nowhere did it state that we were required to book an appointment. I asked why they were refusing when they were not busy as we were the only ones at the pharmacy: the owner Tony laughed at us and stated that he would have a line up down the road if he did walk-ins. (which they did not) The front lady was trying to accommodate us, though the Owner Tony refused us a flu shot. Who in these troubling times refuses anyone a vaccination. He was very unprofessional uncaring, and I will never use this Shoppers Again. So I proceeded to the Shoppers on Park & King, where the ladies were professionals and caring and more than happy to accommodate us as "walk in's."
A	Anna Ruck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took my 2.5 year old here for a rapid COVID test before traveling. We had booked an appointment but ended up ahead of schedule. It wasn’t a problem, they easily accommodated us, and the pharmacist was fantastic with my son, who was nervous and scared about the experience. He was so kind to him and even showed him how the test result worked. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes! Highly recommend this location. What a fantastic team.
B	Bubbles Whiskers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the Cosmetics counter the cashier was talking to her friend as she watched me struggling and looking for things. I finally found what I was looking for. They were both supposedly on sale. No one was at any of the counters... walked to the back asked the Pharmacist and she said ring the bell. No bell? A cashier appears and has no idea about a bell. She rings in my items and they were full price so I had to do a refund. As I explain my experience and say wow this place has really gone down hill and that ove been shopping here for 17 years - she laughs at me like I'm a crazy person. Will NOT be back. No wonder you have a 2.7 rating!

After a very long wait I was told they had to order it and that it would probably be in the next day. No offer to call me when it was in. I returned every single day for 4 days to no avail. On the fifth day it was finally there. The dosage was 1/2 pill per day and I asked if they would cut the pills. I was told yes. Waited quite a while and was finally told at the counter they were just about ready. When I asked if the pills were cut I was told "oh, yes, they're cutting them now." Of course, when I arrived home I discovered the pills had NOT been cut and I don't have a pill cutter. I moved from Pickering to Oshawa in August. I am still dealing with my Pickering pharmacist, whom I trust, even though it's a long drive. I would absolutely NOT not move my prescriptions to this Shoppers Drug Mart!.
