I’ve never had to deal with a pharmacy before as horrible as this one. I started going to this pharmacy because it’s in my neighborhood... what a HUGE mistake on my part!
When you’re prescribed 24 pills you only get 22 pills, they never have your prescription ready - you have to wait for them to fill it (even if you call ahead asking for it to be ready) My doctor would fax in a refill for me to them, and they’d always claim to never get it. But I know the doctor faxed it in because I was on the phone with them when they were faxing it, and it went through. They are rude, cruel and treated me like I was bothering them, when I was just a customer of theirs. They even blocked my phone number so I couldn’t get ahold of them when I had a question about a medication I was on. I had to put it so my caller ID didn’t show up, then the call would magically go through. It’s not like I was calling them frequently at all either. This pharmacy is poorly run, extremely disorganized and just a major disappointment. I highly recommend taking your business to another store, because this one really doesn’t care about it’s customers at all. I would hate for other people to experience what I have. Other members of my family and friends have also dealt with the exact same issues I've had. They’ve all also stopped using this pharmacy, so it’s not only me who’s experienced such horrendous customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Pharmacy Experience Ever.
My doctor sits in the same clinic she faxed prescription to the pharmacy! She faxed them day ahead I went there next day to pick up my medicines. They behaviour amazed me, firstly I had to wait for 10 min girl working in pharmacy looked at me and ignored me. Then I called her, I am here for pickup and she took a while to figure out that they don’t have my prescription went to Clinic to check with them and anyhow she found my prescription and it wasn’t ready. I have never been to such pharmacy in my life no professionalism, no greetings at the payment time I gave her my insurance card and her reaction ohhh God you have coverage. Other pharmacist always put medicine in the bag they first ask you do you need bag I mean seriously!
It’s funny though at the pickup place there was business card Pharmacist works here and I was checking google review her review was very friendly staff.
