Some of the products are excellent quality, others do not live up to the touted advantages. There are no washable covers for the pillow with the shoulder shaped curve. Their prices are too high unless you wait for a sale.

Purchased adjustable beds, frame, mattresses, etc. Bought warranty. Did not haggle to hard over the price. Dealt with Bryan. Have not heard one word from anyone on how the bed is or if we are happy. Terrible follow up. This is the 10th bed i think we have purchased. Not good customer service.

We had a great experience purchasing our mattress at this location. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful while not being pushy. He was able to find us a great mattress within our budget.

The store itself when we purchased purple adjustable bed was great ( salesman gets 5 stars, but warehouse, delivery staff I would give a 0)...but after that everything went down hill. I spend over $8000 and expected much better treatment. They lost order and caused long delay in shipment. Mattress was not delivered properly. The purple mattress was drop in our driveway in the snow, they did not even ring door bell. This left my husband to lift a 250lbs mattress upstairs by himself. (I have back/mobility issues and can not lift things) Then adjustable frame was delivered on a different day and was installed wrong. We had made a bunch of calls and then contact the manufacturer of bed frame in the USA to find out issue with bed not working correctly was caused by sleep country installers not installing bed correctly. Oh and I must add when they delivered the bed frame they complained they would have to carry it to our master bedroom on 2nd floor as bed frame was heavy and they demand my husband help them carry it upstairs. Sorry but is this not what these 2 men were being paid for...delivering and installing bed. Since when does company installation involve the customer doing lifting. Over all this was a very negative experience with many problems. You think if someone purchases an expensive purple adjustable bed that this person would receive more respect and better treatment. This is the most expensive purchase I made when it comes to getting a bed. I not sure if I will ever deal with you again. As I said salesman was great, very informative, friendly, etc.. but the treatment with warehouse, delivery etc...was unacceptable to say the least. I work part time and save up a year to get this bed. This was an veryunacceptable, disappointing experience. ?

Had the pleasure of having Gerald as a salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a mattress & pillows and was extremely happy with my service and products that he suggested. Will definitely refer Gerald to friends and family!

My husband and I have been purchasing all our families bedroom needs at Sleep Country for 25 years. Our recent purchase was a king size bed and box spring set at the Oshawa location Taunton road.I would like to stress the service in store was amazing as it always has been. Within a month of sleeping on the mattress it developed a dip in the middle area, causing a lot of back aches. It took us several weeks to have a customer service rep get back to us and tell us how to proceed. We sent pics as requested which was a whole other level of frustration as we kept on being told the pics were not good enough. Phone after phone call several emails we finally were told they will honor the 100 day guarantee we just need to pay 65$ for a new one. Like my husband said it's not the fact of the money it's the horrible service dealing with something that is clearly defected. I seriously want to be contacted when this mattress gets back to the warehouse and they see with there own eyes the defects. I can no longer recommend Sleep Country as I have for years and now well be telling my son and new wife to shop around. This has been the most frustrating experience and I certainly don't want to see anyone else go through this. L. Baker

Thanks to our primary sales person in Sleep Country (Taunton East, Oshawa), MARK, who helped us with choosing the right pillows for me and my husband. And not only that... MARK helped us choose and recommended a king bed for us in consideration to our needs. We bought a demo bed but not cheap. There was a tear on the bottom of the bed when it was delivered to us yesterday (2-22-2022). Today with the help of Mark, the bed is going to be replaced with a brand new bed. Mark is so helpful, understanding & knowledgeable in what he does. Very easy to deal with. We have no regrets in shopping at Sleep Country. Thank you so much, Mark & Sleep Country.
