The last time my wife and I were there, a couple years ago, it was a bit mediocre and we were not happy with our purchases (pillows and sheets). But we needed a new mattress. I wanted to go to Mattress Mattress but my wife is a loyal Sleep Country customer, for many years, and convinced me, reluctantly, to give it one more chance. I am very glad she did. The sales lady was outstanding! She took the time with us helped us select the right product and was very patient indeed. You how it is when there are so many good choices. You go around and around. Anyway it is about two months in with our new mattress and we still love it. Oh and the frame, it is an adjustable one at the head and legs. The adjustments are nice but the best part are the frame legs they are in from the edge about a foot. No more stubbing the toe on the frame wheel. Yay!!! And as a bonus it is a higher frame so the can fly under the bed and it gives him a tactical advantage - hey, even the cat loves Sleep Country Canada!

M	Megan Kali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is so shady! We bought our mattress at the Sherwood Park location nine years ago. We bought their mattress and box spring, pillows and a mattress protector. The mattress protector didn't protect it at all. It's in no way waterproof and fell apart after a few years. The one I bought off Amazon works a million times better. The mattress has enormous impressions in it so we filed a warranty claim. Impressions were over 1.5 inches as per warranty, but they don't beleive in rulers I guess because they just decide it's not 1.5" but the worst part is the warranty people NEVER TALK TO YOU! You upload pictures to a website and they send you an email from a no reply email address that says nothing more than "your claim has been denied have a nice day". What kind of customer service is that?! So a month later impressions are way worse. Can't sleep. I call customer service they say try again. So I spend hours taking a billion pictures and even have to disassemble the box springs (remove a hundred thousand staples then staple back together). Impressions are now over 1.75 inches (degrading rapidly now) and customer service sends me a form email from their noreply address...denied!!! Do NOT do business with this company. They are so dishonest - just finding ways to avoid standing by their own products and warranty. Oh, and the salesman sold us boxsprings from a different company than the matress so the mattress company itself won't warranty the mattress either. Good to know the warranty was void the second it was activated. AVOID AVOID AVOID SLEEP COUNTRY!!!
C	Calvin Sinclair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a medium pro adapt tempurpedic bed from Sherwood park sleep country. The reason I bought it was because they gave me a great deal on the mattress. So a few months go by and I still feel the bed is quite hard, so being within the exchange period I went in to set up the exchange for the soft version. I was told I had to pay the difference in price between the beds…which was $2600! You know since it wasn’t “on sale” now. I already paid 3400 for the bed in the first place and I only paid that because I was given the deal. So my options were pay the 2600 or be stuck with a bed I don’t want. I left the store. I get called back about an hour later saying they could do the exchange for 500…but it was only approved until 9pm that night!? What a complete f around, unnecessary hoop to jump through. This place turned me into a Karen, making me call their customer service line. Which also didnt help me out in any way. I called the Fort Saskatchewan sleep country and they helped me out no problem. Gave me the sale price I originally was given when I bought the previous mattress, and I didn’t even buy the first one from them. I would avoid Sherwood park sleep country at all costs. Fort Saskatchewan was amazing to deal with though! Update: I emailed them after the response to my review. They said they would contact me regarding it, as they sent my info to the manager Vaughn. Told me he would contact me within a day or two. Well it’s been 3 weeks and no response. So up stays my review. Enjoy Sleep Country Sherwood Park. I hope this saves someone else the headache of this place.

Sales lady was really helpful and informative which was great because we had no idea what was best for us. She had us lay on several different types of mattresses to help us decide. They are delivering and setting everything up on Thursday and taking away the old stuff.
