On April 7, 2022 I went in to the branch to pay out my loan and was very disappointed in the service I received from AMITOJ BUTTAR. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with. She has to be the most unprofessional / unqualified worker within the company. In the past I have always met with Tracy who is now at an Edmonton (Millwoods) Branch whom was always very pleasant to work with. I will Never set foot into the Sherwood Park Branch again, I am very disappointed. But my loan is all paid off now.
