★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went into the Canadian Western Bank in Sherwood Park looking to get some change for a $50 bill. There were no customers in the bank and several staff; when inquiring about change I was promptly told that if I was not a member of the bank that they couldn't help me. I have been to numerous different banks to get change over the past year and I have never encountered a bank that says if I am not a member they won't make change for my cash. I was very disappointed in their customer service.
