Had an issue with my account today and the 3 lady's working today went above and beyond to help me out. If I could give them 6 stars I totally would.

Was dealing with a mortgage specialist. Got pre-approved and everything was going great. Just sold my house and now I have some questions regarding bridge financing and a couple other things before putting an offer on a new house. My mortgage specialist has ghosted me. I’ve tried calling and emailing numerous times, as well as called this branch which is the one she is affiliated with. They couldn’t help me because she’s a mobile specialist and works out of her house. In a panic now as I need to purchase a new home since mine has sold and now I have to start the process all over again with a broker, rates have since increased so I doubt I’ll be able to get as good as one I had before. This is the most important purchase I’ll make in my life and I can’t believe this happened. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional. WHERE ARE YOU KRISTY CHAMULKE!?
