R	Rahul Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally a great experience. I do my bank transfer on a regular basis and today I dealt with Rahwa and the whole procedure of bank transfer is changed. I know how long it takes to do a wire transfer and I was looking at my watch to see the time and she said "You know what it is going to take time and she was about to say you can come back if you dont have time and then she just played with her words saying oh you have to sign also". She didnt even knew where to enter city and country for the wire transfer. What an attitude she has. Zero customer service and very rude.

She is very personable and was able to understand and relate to my situation. If you are looking for a banking specialist, I would highly recommend Rajdip!

Appointment was at 10am and found out he wasn't even in until 11am, even after he confirmed the appointment a few days earlier. The girl that tried to help us .... well didn't, and we were referred to someone else, but had to come back. Complete waste of time adjusting my own work schedule for this for NO apparent reason. Won't be trusting them with my money, as Sam can't even manage his own schedule.

Since he left there have been different staff a few that were helpful at times but to be specific it is they just did their job. This bank has been insulting , unprofessional, brushes you off it it requires effort , not accommodating in hard times, and lacks the skills of verbal communication. We have given them so many chances and we do not have this problem with other institutions for our business. It’s a pain to move several accounts but it is more of a pain to deal with them . Get your act together ! You do not live up to the ATB mission .
