It’s been awhile since ordering pizza from Royal , I was very disappointed in the quality of the pizza last night. I phone order at 9 pm was told it would be 1/2 hr. When I got there I waited 10 minutes no one else was in line and the staff was more interested in closing the place than me, no hello are you picking up etc / then a curt are you G. Yes oh, here’s your pizza. Drove home to open a mildly warm Stiff /Burnt crust, not what I expected, after a hard days work, really , really disappointed you have no idea. Not the pizza I and my family enjoyed in the past!!!
I	It' Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's usually so good but this last time the dough was still raw on our pizzas & everything was sloppy. For the cost you'd expect better. Sad because it'll be a long time before we eat from there again?

I was told that it would be 30 minutes and when it was 10 minutes late I asked and was told they had a sudden rush and they should have changed the timing. However, I had watched 5-8 orders that were behind mine get fulfilled. Ended up being almost 20 minutes later than indicated on the phone. Pizza was ok, less cheese at the edges than usual and crust was , but we're accustomed to excellent. Almost seemed like new management and things have deteorated. We'll give them another chance, but we may have to change a decades long relationship.

Went last night to the pub side for the first time in perhaps 10 years. It was awesome, food, service everything! Thank you for keeping you standards up for all of these years. Many of our favorite places did not keep the quality up and are now gone.

Don’t order the steak sandwich!! It was a joke! A piece of meat delivered in a container! I called and spoke to a manager which he laughed! So that tells me he knows it’s a joke and this probably wasn’t the first complaint about it! I seriously hope you guys are not serving this to customers in the restaurant! Do better!
