★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to this Shoppers for awhile but most recently I had a bad experience with the pharmacy. They lost my prescription twice and blamed me and the doctors office. Very frustrating experience!

They are willing to help in any way that they can, one pharmacist even went as far as to give me her card in case anything went wrong with my medication and I had questions. Great experience, I will most definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for a really lovely experience with my 2nd covid vaccine - was a wee disappointed it wasn’t Pfizer as I’d preferred to have had the same as the 1st dose but they say it’s just as good and theirs a huge shortage I’m told all over Canada ?? - the staff were super friendly and took their time - I didn’t feel rushed at all in asking questions and their were others waiting - thank you it was worth the very long drive to your store in Sherwood park - thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience for second time. Don't go to Shoppers Baseline in the morning. The cashier is SO RUDE. That is SO BAD because the store is very clean, organized, has all the guidelines and all the products. But the customer service for the cashier SO BAD. Disappointment.
I'm talking about the cashier for the whole store, not the one in cosmetics or pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my vaccine. Store was clean and well organized. No long line, they've sanitized all items properly. Staff were calm and patience. Pharmacist gave all required information. My shoulder get sore when I get my flu shot from other pharmacy every year, but this time no sore. Absolutely love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worlds slowest pharmacy. Sorry but absolutely unacceptable wait times standing in line. Pharmacists with absolute zero drive. They work at the same snail pace even with a long line up. Switching pharmacies as of now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is your typical Shoppers Drug Mart. It is clean and well lit. I found what I was looking for. Nothing outstanding but if you’re looking for personal hygiene items, groceries, prescription drugs and other related items then this is the place for you. The staff is friendly and courteous. If you pay attention to the sales the prices are reasonable, otherwise it’s a high end convenience store.
