Had a bad experience, had to go to the pharmacy 2 separate times to attempt to fill my prescription. The first time the guy said he couldn't fill it cause I still had a month left. Which was not true as I had 5 days of meds left. The guy didn't even try to listen to my situation at all. So the next time I went back I brought my old med bottle to prove I wasn't lying as I needed my prescription as I live 35 min out of town. The lady kinda said the second thing. But actually let me explain myself to get this sorted out. She ended up figuring out and that someone had put into the system it was for 3 months instead of 2...Someone did thier math wrong. I'm disappointed that the first person didn't even try to listen. And for goodness sakes...Use a calculator if you're unsure.

I've been coming here for 6 years and I feel I need to post the service I've had the last few times. The older lady with dark hair always makes you feel like you're an inconvenience everytime I come . Today they made a mistake filling my prescription and she was extremely rude to me that they had to fix it. I'm tired of her attitude and will be going elsewhere

I was having problems with one of my prescriptions and one of the pharmacists, Sherri, was so great. Long story short, they couldnt just change me to another brand name of the prescription, I needed the doctor to write me a whole new prescription. I didn't have long to get it sorted out either. Sherri wrote down my concerns and the issuesand faxed it to the doctor, in hopes they could fax in a new prescription. Then later called to follow up with the doctor, then me to give an update, and explain when she would be at work next if I needed to follow up. Just, wow!! I would not have been able to contact my doctor like that, and I really appreciated the extra time and effort she put in to help me!

Continually late on filling out prescriptions. I phone in a refill and show up after the time suggested and they still don't have it done. I have had to walk around the store because it will be ready in "another 20 minutes" so many times. It's almost like they are trying to get you to buy stuff in the store! It's to the point where I plan to pick up a day later than told...

wish they would have advertise their Covid rapid test prices. It is half of what walmart is at least match or come down raising the price on the working or scared class of people during hardship is not at all honorable. might want to find out where walmart gets their 2 dollar tests from all I need is the piece of paper that cost 25 cents

Took me 5 phone calls, 3 days and another 20 minutes at the counter to get my prescription. I’m definitely going elsewhere from now on! Unacceptable when I am now two days late on taking my mental health meds.

The people are really nice, but that's where it ends. I've moved to a different pharmacy because of the mistakes they've made, including changing my prescription without telling me which sent me into withdrawal. There is no attention to detail and I've had to have multiple issues sorted out because of it.

Refilled my prescriptions over the phone but when I went to go talk to the pharmacy about upping my dosage of my prescription it sent me back to the main menu 5 times that I was on hold for longer than 20 minutes. Every time I go to this pharmacy they tell me the medications gonna be ready I end up having to come back in 3 or 4 hours because my prescription is not ready by the time they have told me it's ready. What's the staff is actually quite rude and makes it seem like it's inconvenience to refill any medication including mental health medication. There has been times where I've asked them to fill my prescription I've showed up to the pharmacy and they said that nobody put in the system so I had to wait another 3 to 4 hours to get my prescription refilled. Just think this pharmacy needs a little bit more better communication I understand the past 2 years have been hard for everybody but you shouldn't be making the people coming to your pharmacy feel like an inconvenience for asking for their medication.
