★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispensed the wrong strength of my prescription and I'm extremely upset that an office full of Covid vaccinations takes higher priority than accuracy and diligence when dispensing a prescription. I don't care how many people you've got waiting in line, this should NEVER happen. Also, they told me to come back this week as they would have Pfizer Vax in stock. I go in with the promise they will have stock and when I get there they indicate they have stock but refuse to open an entire bottle as giving me one shot means they will have 4 left over to throw out, even though the rush of people going in for a booster has the clinic waiting room overflowing. This trip to their location was completely unacceptable and I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grateful to have found this pharmacy in Sherwood Park. We needed rapid antigen tests for travel, and we got our results and paperwork in 30 minutes. It was $15/test which was the most economical option so far! No appointments necessary! Tarik was very helpful answering our questions and provided hassle-free service for my family. It is attached to the Rosewood Medical Clinic which was convenient if you needed a medical appt and pharmacy services at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my absolute favorite pharmacy. I appreciate the speed, accuracy and friendliness of the staff. I've never had a bad experience. Picking up my prescription is convenient and easy, which makes my just a little less chaotic. Thanks for your hard work @ Rosewood Pharmacy!? ??
