B	Bartman The Great on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late fall 2019 the company i work for changed insurance providers. Upon receiving health cards i went to Costco to order prescription for my spouse and gave them my new health provider card and requested that it be added to both of our files. My spouse's prescription was filled and everything went through as expected. When i went to have my prescription filled there was money left owing which i thought was unusual (i also have health insurance through a previous employer whom i worked for 34 years) so when i looked at the receipt it still had my old insurance provider on it so the re issued the receipt with my new insurance provider and i went on my way. Well again today i went to fill a prescription for myself and had to pay but i did not see the receipt as it was for an injection and i only looked at the receipt when i got home. I actually thought it was something i had to pay for because it was something out of the ordinary but when i looked at it it had my old insurance provider on it so in reality i did not have to pay anything. Now i'll be going on line to submit this receipt when it should have been taken care of at Costco. Hopefully when i go back to refill they will fix it right but no guarantee.
K	Kayla Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I never used Costco pharmacy before turned out my medication was out of stock everywhere accept Costco, as everyone told me Costco is much cheaper anyways. Picked up my medication it’s usually no more then $45 Costco charged 67??? Over $20 more I asked them this can’t be right they proceeded to talk down to me that I should of called to make sure and ask next time what the medication cost would be. That was I sure I was paying $45 before to “double check” and make sure and they kept informing on how there pick up cost was the cheapest everywhere else? That doesn’t help me, my medication was over 20 bucks more then usually and were zero help. Since they were the only place who had it available I had to pay. I will back going back to the Sherwood park synergy clinic they were much nicer for thing and a lot more helpful! As their prices are cheaper. Being in pharmacy is still customer service.

I’ve tried it for several months due to the price of 1 drug I take and every single order has had an error. I’m transferring to another pharmacy now and they have screwed up sending my file over twice already. Zero stars would be more accurate. :(
