★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd in line at drive through. Waited 10 minutes. Order was double burger with cheese and onions and mustard. Was given a double burger with cheese onions tomato and mayo. What a joke. Took it back. Wanted to give me what I initially ordered. Refused. Want a refund which I eventually was given. I’m allergic to mayo so when I saw the mayo spilling out of the bun I knew there was a problem. Will never return to this place and would strongly suggest others avoid it as well. Disgusting to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 20 mins in the drive through when only 2 people were in front of us they forgot my fries and the chips with the taco salad!
the people look so unprofessional no one wearing hair nets or beard nets!
not a single person wearing a Wendy’s uniform they all looked like they just dress casual and a gross casual! They obviously don’t care about their job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a fast food restaurant this place is pretty good. We picked up our food from the drive-thru, the service was really quick and we got all the food that we had ordered. The workers were friendly enough though you don’t get many smiles and some of the workers seem like they don’t want to be there with that being said they get the job done.
We tried the breakfast for the first time and it was actually pretty good, my favourite being the breakfast baconator. In my opinion Wendys has always had the best bacon out of any other fast food chain which works great for breakfast, their sausage had a little bit of spice to it which I like and they can cook an egg fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always seem to mess up orders for drive-thru.
This is the closest to my house and I do like going here because I love food from Wendy's. It's just very disappointing when there's always something missing or the orders get mixed up. I hope there's less mistakes with drive-thru since it happens way too frequently.
Staff is friendly and the new improvements to the building outside looks great every time we pass by which is a plus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable.... order a double stack and get one patty cut in half to give the illusion of a double. I've been a repeat customer over the years and will never spend another dime here. Nothing but crooks here at the baseline location! What makes it even worse if you have an issue with your order, you can't even speak to them because the front door is locked as they don't participate in the Vax program...the literaly stand there and laugh at you if you have a concern at the front door. What a joke! AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda brutal, I’m trying to be nice here.
Pull up to drive through at 09:55pm, placing order around 10:20pm…so grand total is half and hour later for our order.
Order a #1, no tomato on the burger, whatever but the bottom line is they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s really hard not to come off as entitled but I guarantee the goal of this business regardless is to serve up quality fast food.
Emphasis on the “fast” The other problem is I doubt they even care about reviews so this could be totally irrelevant. Thumbs down ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wendy's is one of those places we can depend upon to serve up good tasting and quality burgers and salads. It's a good place to go for lunch. Prices are good and options are varied. I like Wendy's. Don't get here often but that's another story that involves someone telling me over and over that people can only survive on vegan. I will still keep coming back to Wendy's. Drive thru and counter service are both quick and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obviously these people do not know how to make a burger, any burger. If I want to use a knife and fork to eat I'm going somewhere else (EVERY other Wendy's knows that a lettuce wrap has a paper wrap so one can hang on to it. The bacon is CARBON and is no longer biological. Normally supplied and installed condiments are non existent). Plain and simple Garbage, avoid this place.
