r	richard needham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great server when we eventually yesterday at lunch. It had been a while since we have been to a Swiss chalet. The place was nice and updated.
P	Paul Nielsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, zero service for over an hour after the bill had been paid the waitress of 16 years of experience chose not to return and ask if we wanted refills, forgot the cutlery after being asked twice, forgot the gravy and lemon wedge. I was gobsmacked at how brutal the service was. Won't ever return to this location. I would have given the review a zero if the option was there! This is the only feedback I give, I vote with my $, I want nothing!

R	Richard Santos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we ate here for our family day dinner, we ordered at 6:05pm our family members got their foods after 30mins, now they are almost done eating! my order and my dad's order are still missing, 45mins went by I decided to stand and look for someone to ask if they are still planning on serving our food and alas our server came out with our food. so now we gotta eat by ourselves while the rest of the family watched us. we ordered basically the same order as the rest of our family, so i can't think of any reason for the delay... to make it even worst the group on the other table ordered after we ordered and they got their foods first. ordered iced tea and it was room temperature all our drinks didnt have any ICE, while on the other hand the drinks on the other table had ice It's not a busy night so I don't get the slow service.
S	Shandra Calvert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a chicken meal than two burger combos. We pulled out of the drive thru to park and eat our burgers. The were cold and one was still pink in the middle. Called them and they offered to replace the burgers which was great. Well they didn't even make the burgers the same way we had them before. One had lettuce did not want lettuce. The other no hot peppers and my husband cannot eat spicy. So unless you want your meal half raw or screwed up, go and enjoy.

My 1/4 chicken dark meat meal had one tiny piece of chicken that was more bone and fat than meat. Top that off with the teeny portion of mashed potatoes and very little gravy. Not at all impressed. The South Common location was much better last week. We won't be going back to this location.
j	jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I haven't been to Swiss Chalet in years and I am so glad we popped in for supper. The service was awesome and the food was incredible. Totally bummed that we no longer have one in Saskatoon. The next time we are back in town, we will be back!!
s	shirley smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chicken here and it was pink in the middle, clearly not cooked when we showed the waitress she told the manager and they deducted half the bill. Returned last week and there was no way I was ordering the chicken ,but hubby always orders chicken and ribs ,again the chicken wasn't fully cooked. The manager assured us that it was cooked and that it was just a vein,and offered him another piece of chicken which was cooked this time and told us next time to order it well done. Why would she assure us the chicken was cooked and then advise us next time to order it well done. Makes no sense! This was once our favorite restaurant..not anymore!
